My first negative experience.
We’ve bought tickets at 1st January for the Nosferatu premiere at 2nd January online (it was only available IMAX option for evening).
The money was debited from the card, but we didn’t get tickets via email.
At 2nd January we tried to reach out to support on Instagram and phone, we have been told to write by email. We wrote, but didn’t get a response. In the cinema we’ve been told, that we just need to wait a refund, but the waiting period wasn’t specified.
Our email still remains unanswered.
