The only bright spot that works on Sunday. The staff is very responsive and a bit strict. I especially liked the guy behind the counter, who explained everything very quickly and competently!

The department leaves much to be desired. It's stuffy, there aren't enough ticket offices, the queue is huge. I applied for a passport to issue a bank card, made a card with my maiden name, took it from my database, although the surname changed 10 years ago. I had to make a new card and wait another 2 weeks.

Bad separation. There is little space inside and it is stuffy. There are always queues and slow service. The cashier *forgot* to give the change 100 rubles. We waited until it returned 20 minutes. She didn't even apologize. I do not recommend this separation
