I was surprised by this little hotel! It even has swimming pool! I had a whole apartment in there with kitchen, living room and bedroom - it was massive. Parking huge! Reception was Ok, friendly. Breakfast is basic, but I have to say for such small hotel - it is amazing!
Do I recommend it? Defo! Nice place and one of the best options for such money in Almaty with excellent location close to parks and shop and restaurants and easy access to motorway

A small building in a great area of Almaty. There are large apartments of 62 sq.m. with a separate living and dining area with a stove, microwave, kettle. There is also a small walk-in closet in the bedroom. Everything is convenient, the only thing is that all furniture and communications are dilapidated and there are already signs of wear. There are deep carpets on the bedroom floor so that footsteps cannot be heard. In the basement there is a small room with exercise equipment, which can hardly be called a gym. There is also a spa- I haven't been there. Overall, a comfortable stay.

It's a very good hotel. The room is clean, cleaning every day. There is everything you need: bath accessories, toothbrushes, a hairdryer, a private kitchen (in the apartment) with a stove, a large refrigerator. Very large room area, living room, bedroom, wardrobe. Friendly staff, solved all issues instantly. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, and there is something new every day. I definitely recommend it.

I booked to check in with children for two days. A large, bright, and importantly, smoke-free two-room suite.
Bathrobes, slippers, there is everything from a dental kit, combs, cotton pads, gels, shower caps, shampoos, to several sewing kits.
There is a private kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. We don't use it, but I think it's very convenient for families who cook themselves and don't eat in cafes.
A large bedroom, an extra bed was put there, made up immediately.
Water is brought in 4 bottles a day. The refrigerator is filled with a paid mini bar.
We didn't wake up for breakfast) let's go, I'll add it.
The children went to the spa area, the hammam is hot, the sauna, there are two pools, one with cold, the second with warm water. There are enough sun beds, there is a recreation area, there were no people, we were very comfortable.
Cleaning every day, the reception is always ready to help. The prices are adequate, there is something to compare.
By location, there are two parks nearby, Gorky Park and 28 Panfilovtsev, green bazaar nearby, magnum, many cafes, Korean House restaurant in 5 minutes, with excellent cuisine and interior.

The extremely negative aftertaste of staying at this hotel.
Sitting in one place in a hotel room, you are faced with constant interruptions of WiFi. But this moment could have been forgotten and it would not have become a reason to leave a review if not for the hotel administrator.
Caesar salad has tomatoes with rot spots. The ramen is incredibly spicy. When refusing this dish, the administrator began to convince that this dish should always be spicy. Boorish attitude, dropping the phone call.
A visit to the bath also confirmed the low level of the hotel's service. When was the last time the room was washed, I don't even want to guess. The bathroom is all dirty.

The staff is polite and kind, but does not pull in 4 stars: there are only 2 armchairs in the lobby, and not a cozy guest area. There is no swimming pool in the spa area, but just shallow baths, the hammam was cold, then heated so that it was impossible to enter.

The hotel is nice, but it requires attention. It is necessary to reinsert the numbers a little. On the minus ground floor there is a SPA hammam and a warm bathhouse, a relaxation room. The breakfasts are full, but I would diversify. The staff tries to help with everything. Very convenient location - there are two parks nearby, many restaurants, a Green bazaar. Good transport accessibility, there is a large Magnet and other shops nearby. Parking, which is not available in all central hotels. The beds are comfortable. Take family rooms - there is even a kitchen with all the accessories.

Not a bad hotel . We stayed for 36 hours, so I don't think the assessment will be objective. But there are little things that catch the eye of a person who travels a lot. There is some kind of sloppiness of the repair executors. Hot and cold water connections are mixed up in the taps, and in all of them. If you did not guess the size of the exhaust pipe, then you can fix it with a little hammer and "it will do" (in the photo))), you forgot to put the dishes at breakfast, or you did not have time to wash, you had to go for every cup, spoon. But these are really small things. I would like to note that the hotel is conveniently located, good Parking, cleanliness on the floors and in the room. Breakfast is no frills, but you won't stay hungry. It is important for us to have porridge, cottage cheese, eggs and coffee. Therefore, my family's needs were met.It is a pity that there was no time for a spa. And in general, it is worth noting that the hotel is not bad. The price for accommodation is adequate. So you can stop again if you have to))

Great hotel. We had a 4-bed 2-room suite. There is a large, comfortable bed in one room. Children were given 2 extra beds on request. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, safe, iron.
We stayed for 2 days, booking with breakfast. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied.
Our reservation also included free use of the swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The pool is small and shallow with warm and cold water, well, after the bath it's great.
There is also a small gym in the hotel, but we did not go.
The room was cleaned every day.
The only thing I didn't like was the blinds in the room instead of curtains. It doesn't look so cozy. But that's if you find fault.
The hotel has a restaurant where you can have lunch and order dinner in the room. They say it's delicious.
I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, then a lot of things are already in need of repair. The rooms are spacious, everything is thought out. There are not enough places for breakfast (only a few tables) if there are a lot of visitors in the hotel. One employee does not have time to bring dishes and food! The hamam on our arrival was a little hot, despite requests to warm it up in advance. In general, there is something to work on, especially from the point of view of service!

The location and the presence of a large parking lot also left a good impression. There were problems with the temperature in the room, but the staff was given a heater. The fan coil drips for no reason, although no one turned it on. It's blowing from the windows, and in principle it's time for the room to be renovated. There is a swimming pool, but because of it, all the corridors smell of bleach.

A wonderful place for recreation and tourism, a very conveniently located hotel (a quiet and cozy place) near a chic park and many restaurants and cafes. A 10-minute walk to the market. Of the advantages, probably only that there is not a hut and a toilet with a bathtub. Soups are cooked disgustingly, it is impossible to eat. Breakfast is so-so. Pay attention to the room, you may get caught in which you will sit on the toilet, and water droplets will drip on top of your back. The water from the shower is warm and almost does not flow. And if you arrived late or woke up early, then you will have to wash under cold water with low pressure. Well, the furniture is all shabby, the joints too.

A normal hotel. The rooms are large, clean, though we haven't seen the remote for a long time. I liked the sauna. Breakfast is a buffet. I wanted to be more diverse. The coffee is tasteless. The staff is friendly. No one in the hotel was making any noise. There are private houses nearby, dog barking sometimes got in the way.

But the carpet needs to be cleaned and the curtains refreshed. In our room, the bedroom door was simply torn off and put against the closet. I think if there is no way to fix it, you should just take it out of the room before it falls on anyone. The hotel has secured parking.
