Breakfasts for every taste and color, super pool, gym 24 hours, for information we were in Sochi a month ago, it works there from 11 a.m., which was not convenient. The Internet works everywhere and the speed is excellent, but be prepared that video and audio via WhatsApp and telegram does not work over Wi-Fi, such rules in the UAE, it was unexpected for me, when checking in they took a fee of 90 dirhans for two, 6 nights. Now the main disadvantage, but not the hotel and its location, he's far from the subway, Shuttle service to the beach and metro station at 9.00 and 14.00, respectively, if not to leave in the morning at 9.00 am and back from the beach at 14.30, the only taxi where we left in the morning and all day in the hotel were not up to the lunch on the beach, and then we went somewhere something to watch on the subway and in the evening from the nearest station called a taxi through Google and app Careem, comes to the place where you are as Yandex in Russia and pay at the counter, depending on the traffic, but we always came out 32дирхана (800rub), one day on Saturday 21дирхана (500 rubles). We stayed from February 13th to 16th. We caught a good price. The hotel is a little tired. The rooms and common areas have a lot to complain about. Excellent breakfasts cover all the disadvantages.
It is located on the outskirts and you will not go out for a walk in the evening. But for 15 dirhams in one direction you can get to the Marina.
If you have a choice to knit a non-networked 4ku and a Novotel, don't even think, take a Novotel. All fours will not be "killed", corresponding to the "twos"!
There is a swimming pool on the roof. We spent two days out of three by the pool. The sea (bay) in the UAE is so-so, so the pool helped out
I recommend this hotel.

We lived in this hotel in January 2024, very cozy, large and modern. The rooms are quite large, we had a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the Marina (albeit from a distance). Very tasty and varied breakfasts!
The hotel has 2 large swimming pools and one children's pool with slides, many sun beds, there is always a place.
Transfer to different points: jbr beach, metro, global village, etc. at a certain time to each point (for example, to the beach at 9:00, back at 14:00)
, we mostly left the hotel by taxi: to the Marina 800-1000₽, to the Dubai Mall 2500-3000₽. It takes 15 minutes to drive from the hotel to jbr beach, 40-50 minutes to Dubai Mall.

Excellent hotel, very nice staff, cleanliness and comfort. In low season, there is no buffet only on the menu. There is a spa salon the prices are reasonable. There are two pools for children and adults , there are not many people . The hotel is aimed at Arab families. Everything is quiet and decent, well, except for the children's aquazone, of course it's fun there. Alcohol is banned. It is not far from the sea and the center, but there is no transport only a taxi. The room has everything for a comfortable life.

Of the cons: distance from all major attractions, public transport and beaches. Although this is compensated by the low cost of living.
Bottom line: if you are ready to take a taxi 20-40 minutes to the right place, then the price-quality ratio of the hotel is very decent!

My assessment as a stop with children. Would be without, would put a star higher.
We live on an all-inclusive system. The staff is friendly and friendly, but does not really explain what is where and how they work, at what time they are served. What is the limit on food… You're trying to find out everything yourself, there's no information in the room either. Even finding out the working hours of the gym is a whole science.
Buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch (everything is cooked in a nearby hotel, so it's a very long wait, we sat for an hour and a half last time), buffet dinner. Modest, but delicious. but if you are with children, you are unlikely to feed, everything is everywhere with pepper, even mashed soup; or in seasonings, everything is very salty. Lots of curry sauce. For adults, you can get used to it, but it's hard for children. For breakfast there is porridge, in which there is only one milk, oatmeal has drowned somewhere (I'm sorry). Our 4-year-old child on the third day was tired of the amount of masala in all dishes.
Drinks are non-alcoholic only. The mineral water is very good, everything is served in new bottles, they open it with you. The coffee is good.
The room itself is clean and new, but there is one rope for drying things, which is of no use, because there are no windows, the air conditioner does not dry and the room is always damp. I got the hang of putting it on the floor, the sun dried at least the swimsuits. Room cleaning is superficial, they may not clean the table, forget something dirty. There were 3 of us, they left everything for two. The bed and pillows are very comfortable! This is important. The noise from the road does not interfere with sleep. The hair dryer works every other time. The phone is also one with interruptions. There is a working safe.
The hotel is very far from all the attractions, it is more for business stops. Take a taxi to the beach in 20 minutes. The hotel has good swimming pools and recreation areas, a large gym. For children, only the pool, which is in the shade all day +

The hotel is very inconveniently located, far from the center, so there was nowhere to go. The room is not bad, but the smell in it is terrible (a persistent smell of sewage or something else disgusting), the view from the window is a road with constantly moving transport, so the noise did not subside day or night.
There were no promised slippers, no toothbrush, not even a shoe spoon in the room!
There were cans of conditioner and body lotion hanging in the bathroom, completely empty!
The breakfasts were good, there was a variety and good coffee.
The pool is pleasant, the staff is responsive.
There's nothing else to do. On weekends, a large number of locals with numerous noisy children.
I am sure that if I go to Dubai, I will not return to this hotel!
