Rooms are good. People are nice although few speaks English but how can a hotel clean the room once or maximum twice a week! That is horrible and destroy all past goods. For over 2 years I have been there but never more…

I like the hotel and the location in the city.There is an embankment nearby and a cinema nearby, you can go to a movie in the evening. The pool in the fitness center helps you relax after a day at work.

Excellent location
Beautiful view from the window

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired
Inflated cost of living
The breakfasts were not impressed
The bar is very expensive
The quality of cleaning is not up to par
The terrible quality of laundry services: stains remained, I had to remove them myself with ordinary soap, which indicates that the washing was carried out without the use of chemicals. At the same time, the cost of such washing is also overestimated.
Result: Accommodation in this hotel does not match the stated price.

The best hotel in the city, which probably doesn't say much about Pavlodar, but what we have. Of course, repairs are needed, there is more parking, and of course I would like a real 4*, but in general it is acceptable, I did not have any problems this time. The plumbing is in good order, the linen is clean, the breakfasts are not good, especially the restaurant on the top floor should be noted - it is simply magnificent!

I took an improved room on the 12th floor, everything was clean and beautiful, the battery was turned off, but after opening the faucet, the room warmed up quickly, the bathroom door downstairs was a little swollen from moisture, but the overall appearance was not affected, the different lighting options of the room pleased me!

1)clean
2) delicious breakfasts
3) the reception responds quickly to everything
4) the laundress is cool
5) it's warm 😅 it's hellish cold in some hotels in Pavlodar

A large hotel in Pavlodar. A convenient place, you can walk to the embankment, there are shops nearby, Nomad barbershop, Lamberty men's clothing store from Turkey. The hotel itself has an expensive restaurant (but you can get to the Alpenhof), a gym with a sauna and a swimming pool (free for residents). The rooms are spacious, the linen is clean, shampoo and dental kit, slippers and bathrobe are available. Two bottles of water as a compliment. Among the disadvantages: the bedside table in the hotel is moving out, then the toilet is leaking (although it's good that in different rooms). You need to control the air conditioner, because the room cools down a lot during the night. The breakfast is decent, varied and plentiful. Especially appreciate the desserts, they are great!

The breakfasts are delicious, but the Standard rooms themselves leave much to be desired. There is a strong smell of dust, from the bedspreads and from the carpet. The room turned out to be smoky, despite the prohibition of smoking in the room. The shower does not switch, and the water pours partly from a watering can, partly from a tropical one. At least there is no shower door or curtain, it pours on the floor. Shower repair screams for help. For the cost of 38 thousand tenge, I consider it unreasonably expensive.

On the 12th floor there is a nice restaurant with a wonderful view of the city!
Buffet breakfast - there is everything in abundance: several varieties of meat, fish, cheese (sliced), yoghurts, a variety of desserts, meat dishes, chicken, etc.
The waiters are great, the hall and tables are always clean!
The hotel is within walking distance from the embankment and the city park.
I recommend it, well done!👍

The check-in is quite fast. The room is pleasant. The cleaning is not good. There's trash under the bed, the table is burned. The rain shower does not work in the shower stall. There was a door to the next room with a double slit under it, which makes it uncomfortable. The breakfast is good. Nice view from the 11th floor. Terrible service.
The air conditioner does not work in the old building.
The rooms are +26 degrees, despite the fact that it is 32-34 outside.
They moved to a new building . In the night from 06/25.24 to 06/26/2024, putty collapsed from the ceiling at 3 a.m., they could not move to normal living conditions until 5 a.m.
And only after writing a complaint in the complaint book, they found the number.
As a result, it was already the 4th number, which was changed by shedding from 06/23/2024
First they gave room 303, there was a shower running, then 305 and the air conditioner did not work there.
And only after that they were given a room in the new building a, and as a result, the sleepless night was spent in air-conditioned rooms.
And even despite all this, not a single representative of the hotel apologized for the inconvenience.

Comfortable. Spacious room. Snow-white, fresh linen, a nice mattress, a heavy sleeping blanket. A huge mirror expands the space. Wi-Fi works great. But I couldn't figure out how to transfer the shower from the faucet position to the shower :))). It would be nice to hang the instructions :))

The rooms are very dark (2 spotlights), stinks of sewage, the carpet in the room is "waves", there was no hot water, as well as cleaning, the sound insulation is disgusting. The hotel is well equipped. The location is great. Excellent breakfasts. But the cleanliness of the rooms and the replacement of broken equipment is just a problem. As they say, the devil hides in the details. When you get out of the shower, you see a piece of condom on the wall, thoughts are swarming in your head. How did he get there? Why wasn't it removed? And if only the presence of this detail ensures the integrity of the entire building??? Then you start paying attention to other little things: a dusty trough with branded shampoo, conditioner and dental kit, a frankly dirty box with napkins, a TV remote control in a fashionable book case, but without a battery cover. Disposable coffee lids on the glasses suggested that no one really prepared the room for check-in, so they cleaned up what was left of the previous tenant, and even then only where it was possible to get without a stepladder (admittedly, a piece of condom with my 180 was not available). Probably, for some, these are small things and quite acceptable, but it seems to me that such small things determine the real level of the hotel.

I liked the breakfast, a good selection and everything is fresh. The waiter offered to take food to the room for the children who were sleeping, brought containers. This is a big plus.
I did not like the rooms in building B. Although they were renovated there, the rooms are cramped, the ventilation is very stuffy, even if it is turned off. At night, they asked me to bring her a cot in an hour. We fell asleep while waiting and were woken up. The room had 1 bathrobe, 1 set of cosmetics.
