We rented an apartment in this company, and unfortunately our vacation was marred by several serious problems. Despite the beautiful view from the windows (fully consistent with the photos) and the availability of necessary household appliances (dishes, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster), the terrible attitude of the manager negated all the advantages. From the very beginning, there were problems with access to the stated amenities. We were not provided with a key to the pool, gym, entrance from the parking lot to the house and the private beach. To get from the parking lot to the building, I had to go to the reception every time, which was difficult due to the language barrier. We couldn't use the pool, and neither could the gym. On the second day after arrival, we discovered that the key card in the apartment was not working. We immediately contacted the manager, who promised to check the situation and return with an answer. However, we waited for more than a day, and at first there was no reaction to our repeated messages. As a result, we received a message saying that a new access card would be ready the next day. But neither a day later, nor four days later, the key did not appear. It is the first time in my many travels that I have encountered such poor service. Failure to provide access to services = failure to comply with the stated conditions. The only advantages are the view and location. But all this is offset by a disgusting attitude and a complete lack of customer orientation. The situation was further complicated by the lack of adapters for English sockets (in the bathroom, a hairdryer with an English plug and a European outlet had to be used in the living room, kneeling). In general, I cannot recommend this company.

The best apartment rental company in Dubai, I often fly in for work, I always stay only with them, the apartments are always clean, in the best areas, with a charming view, the staff are very polite and helpful! I recommend it! I liked the apartments on the Marina the most: Marina Vista, Marina Star

A good delivery team, the guys are in touch promptly, provided the opportunity to pay with a Russian card. We were at the apartment in Marriott, we liked everything, especially the impressive view of the canal and the full-fledged balcony. There is a huge supermarket on the first floor of the Marina Mall, which has completely solved the issue of nutrition.
