An Italian hotel, they're just trying to warm you up for money.
I used to live in room 208 on the second floor. When I returned from a walk, my water turned off, for a minute it was before 12 p.m., and I left at about 8 a.m. when I asked when they would fix it, they said they did not know, I asked if there would be water the next day, they said they would not They know. (You must admit, this is a strange PPC, but okay, I just asked to change my number, they changed my number to a much smaller square, although they themselves said that they were identical, but this is not the case.
After that, they asked me for 4000 rubles for this room without breakfast, although when I checked in, they told me that the subsequent payment for a room without breakfast would cost 3000, and with it 3500. When I returned to deal with this illogical situation, I asked to see a single room, and you know what? It was the same as the room I was moved to, but again on the second floor, which seemed to have no water.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
So, their attacks that I allegedly didn't like the number and that I couldn't decide on it made me even more angry. It's just a tin can.
They refunded the money for the alleged double room, but their submission and communication are simply outrageous!

Nice city hotel. Convenient location. The rooms are nice, but there is a smell of cigarettes. The reception said that you can smoke in the hotel right in the room (there are no balconies), hence the smell. Otherwise, everything is fine. The breakfasts are good. The hotel is quite suitable for staying for a few days.

A middle-class hotel, in the room where we stayed, the shower switched badly, the water did not leave the bathroom. We were checked into a non-smoking room, but through the cracks under the front door and out of the bathroom! There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke. We were asked to move to another room, we were refused, offered a smoking room! Like compare where it stinks more. The audibility is terrible, Turks lived in the next room, who brawled every evening and night. The staff does not solve the issues. The breakfasts are normal

The English-speaking staff is only at the reception and in the gym, the rest only know Turkish. There is no sound insulation. Cleaners work normally only for a bribe - if you do not leave a tip, bathrobes, towels, mugs disappear. Even for a bribe, they clean up so-so. The rooms are very cramped. Do not take breakfast - the quality of cooking is the bottom.
On the plus side, wifi works well.

Near the subway. The interior of the rooms is good. The cleaning is good. Breakfast is not rich, but it will do. Overall good hotel experience
