When I picked it up, they said everything was inside, the packaging was factory-made. Later, when I arrived with the requirement to complete the staff, they began to fool me like "you blew it, and now you're demanding from us." Always check the completeness of the product and demand that they immediately put a guarantee, otherwise they tell fables that they can put it after installing the air conditioner, although the guarantors do not care who puts it, as long as it is correct. I do not recommend buying in this store, it will be one continuous hassle.
