We had a rest in January 2024, we liked everything, the food, the room was superior.
Of the cons:
1. The staff does not speak Russian, there are no Russian-speaking instructors.
2. On departure, they paid for extra cleaning, although there were none, well, they did not find out.
3. Sooooo expensive SPA, check the prices before visiting. I went to the hammam and had a massage, they did it fine, but the girl was sloppy in time, out of 45 minutes of the hammam there were 30, out of 85 minutes of massage there were 60 ...
At the exit I had to ask for tea myself, they brought without anything, even scones or a small chocolate bar.
4. People smoke everywhere... after Moscow, it smells right everywhere and steers are thrown on the slopes, it is very unpleasant.
For 44,000 rubles, SPA services should be greatly improved on paid services.
And what is included: a warm shower, a lot of towels, a bathrobe, slippers, etc. - everything is fine.
