It depends on the administrator you run into. On the way to Altai, we spent the night in standard rooms. Everything was fine. When we returned a week later, we decided to stay at the North Hotel again. We ran into such a boorish person who said that only the suites were available. At the same time, all (ALL) windows in the hotel were dark and there was not a single car. There was dirt in these suites, they disdained to walk barefoot. There is one pair of slippers for two. The water is only cold. The air is musty… The second family was in another suite. The impressions matched. That's how we were fucked from 4 to 5 August 2024 in this nedogostinitsa

We spent the night in this hotel 2 times on the way from Omsk. The hotel is large, the rooms are clean, the renovation is a little tired, but it is not expensive either. The optimal place to stop in Pavlodar. The place is close to the center, but not crowded. The service is good, the restaurant is delicious.

Three houses later, a successful "SMALL" store was located in the direction of vlkz. At least cosmetic repairs are necessary for prestige. Otherwise, it is an ancient Soviet empire. (2023-April).

The room on the fourth floor we were in requires a good repair, the window glass is broken. The breakfasts are modest, besides, the milk that was in the decanter turned sour after the remark was changed. Of the advantages, it can be noted that an elevator was built and the receptionist at the reception, despite our late arrival, was tired, but friendly and smiling. P.S. Every year before the pandemic, coming with my family to Kazakhstan, we stayed at this hotel for the night, everything was much better. If you stop investing money in the arrangement of the hotel now, then my opinion of the visitors will be few.
