A spoiled vacation. We (a young couple) were settled in the neighborhood with a crying baby 24/7. The sound insulation is like a baby in our room. For 4 days we unsuccessfully asked to be relocated. They offered only an option with an additional payment of $ 25 per night in a room with a sea view. And this is plus $200 for the vacation. Thanks to the hotel that we didn't get enough sleep for a week and couldn't stay in the room. The room is generally pleasant, but if you look under the bed there are tons of dust and some papers (the cream fell in and had to be examined). The food in the hotel is ordinary, not 5 stars, tomatoes without taste, green melon and apples from fruits. Only meat and pastries are delicious. Alcohol is the cheapest, it is better not to drink.
The gym is normal, but there is no barbell. The pool is very cold, it is not comfortable even to swim for 5 minutes, the outdoor pool is not heated in winter.
The hotel is mostly occupied by Germans for 2-3 weeks, and the attitude towards them is noticeably better. There was no animation in winter. Everything is closed in the city itself, too.
It was a birthday at the time of the holiday, the hotel did not congratulate me in any way, although I warned the reception.
In general, it would be possible to relax there if it were not for this baby. I won't take any more chances.

The hotel is small and cozy. Food is like everywhere else in Turkey, everyone will find what they like. Delicious desserts from the pool bar. I also really liked the refreshing drinks that were placed in the lobby opposite the entrance to the hotel. The hotel is popular among the Dutch, they were the majority. There were fewer Russian tourists, 30 percent of all vacationers. I will especially note the cleaning, the rooms are cleaned very well, the bed linen was changed often, every other day or every day
The animation is very moderate. We were only interested in the children's room, there were classes in the morning and a mini disco in the evening. The evening animation for adults was not always good for us, we liked live music and a dance show. Turkish night is also nothing, but we watched it twice. Once we found a disco, but there were hits of the 60s aimed at Dutch pensioners, we could not attend. But there are several bars near the hotel where you can have a great evening.

Why defame the hotel itself so much? For that kind of money, try to find something decent in Russia, someone who writes bad reviews has got too much!

We had a vacation with a friend in mid-November. There were few guests. VERY friendly staff, delicious food, clean and cozy rooms. A neat hotel with no frills, but there is enough of everything. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, including on the beach.

Who has been to normal hotels in Turkey, do not look at the rating and reviews, this hotel is not worthy of being considered for a vacation based on the price / quality criterion (140 thousand for two for 9 days, it would cost 80 - there would be no complaints). It is better to pay 30-40 thousand extra and go to another level. Breakfast is a complete disaster, 10 kinds of omelets that make you sick after a few days. Lunch and dinner are better, but the variety is clearly not enough. If you often find in reviews "you will definitely not stay hungry" - run to see another hotel. We will not stay hungry at home with buckwheat and oatmeal, but here we need rest, including from everyday food. There are no complaints about the quality of the food itself. There are also no complaints about the maintenance staff, they are great. The apotheosis of the evening show program is the singers who read the words from a laptop. Drinks and cocktails are simply terrible, it is clear that there are no imports, but at least champagne could be included, this is the only thing that could be drunk here. There is a constant hot-cold difference in the shower, we get burned. The hotel itself is small, there is no territory - but you can read about it in the description anyway, so you can't count it as a minus. In general, now you can't trust either booking or private reviews such as travelogues, etc. Only a thorough analysis of photo and video content, website, etc.

I've been to the Famous Residence Kemer Hotel twice. I will not repeat all the advantages over other hotels - there are a lot of them here. The hotel corresponds to 5*. A small but cozy territory, friendly staff, a very good Russian-speaking girl at the reception desk. who will tell you everything and arrange it quickly and without red tape. If you want to relax, then come here!!!! If it works out, then this summer we will return to this wonderful hotel!!!! Tatyana. Rostov-on-Don

We came to Turkey as always on our birthday to celebrate spring (this is already a tradition). In honor of the birthday, a room without a balcony with a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel!!!The rooms have 2 towels per person (one bath towel, one for the face and one for two for the legs).They asked about the cholates, the answer is-in connection with the coronavirus, you will have to pay for the bathrobe daily!!!It's strange!!!And then why not take payment for bed linen, slippers, towels???🤣🤣🤣Where is the connection????Will the coronavirus disappear when paying??? After such a reception at the reception, you should probably reconsider your vacation in Turkey!!!

Everything I write concerns 4*. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer on the first line. It is conveniently located. Tired. The renovation is old in the rooms. But everything is convenient. The bed is normal. The air conditioners are very old and very noisy. But he worked in our room. The bathroom is normal-everything worked. Linen was changed on request, towels every day. The kitchen is good.As for the food, everything is organized clearly and efficiently, cleanly. The staff is friendly and friendly.Music in the evening, and live music every other day. The beach is very small, there is a problem with sun beds. But it's still a very decent vacation. It's noisy, the hotel is by the road. But everything is within walking distance.

The rest period is August 2021.
The lobby and restaurant were completely renovated in 2020.
Due to measures to combat covid-19, there are many employees at the restaurant. Local people. Poorly speaking and understanding ALL languages except Turkish! 2 years ago, there were many workers from the former CIS countries - there were no language problems.
All employees are wearing masks, the restaurant is also wearing gloves, and there are a lot of disinfectants. But no one asks vacationers to observe the mask regime! Before dinner, they measure the temperature in the restaurant and that's it.
They stopped cooking the children's table (boiled and without spices)
No one observes anything. Queues at the restaurant (it takes a long time to explain what to impose). On the beach and by the pool, the sun loungers are in the usual order, without distance. The SPA and children's room are operating with restrictions today. Nothing additional is used for dysenfection.
The evening program has changed. It's just terrible. The Ukrainian band sang 1 time - it was nice to listen to them. All other days of live music are agony! They save money on singers and you can hear it.
And yet, the room can now be extended at check-out only until 14:00, and not until how convenient it is for you.
