We bought a smart watch for a child, it lasted less than a year, did not charge, and handed it over to the store under warranty. After the examination, they said that the watch was in good working order, it was about the charger. But since this is a consumable, the store does not sell it and does not change it, buy it yourself. The consultant replied to us, buy on WB, I think this is not a solution to the problem, since I did not come after 5 years with this problem. They bought the same late-order device and at the first charge it melted on the watch. We contacted the store again and told them our problems . The question arises, after checking them, why did the watch melt? They give their guarantees that they will serve , so they turned and what is the result , buy for yourself , these are your problems . Please respond to this review.
