On the first floor there is genuine leather, on the left is the entrance to the markdown department, which I did not immediately understand because I did not see the corresponding inscription, on the second floor there is artificial leather.
It turned out to be incomprehensible for me to make a reservation where there is no reservation number. The first name, last name, phone number of the person who issued it doesn't matter, they demanded a photo (which surprised me the most) and the model number. They are not the most friendly sellers, I would not like to buy anything there anymore.

I left a pre-order for a bag that was not available, they responded very quickly, offered color options that would be sewn. As soon as the model of interest appeared, they immediately wrote, threw off the photo, and offered to place an order. In general, they worked quickly and very clearly.
