The location is excellent, the very center, there are a lot of shops nearby, 10 minutes to the sea (sometimes annoying), there is somewhere to go, take a walk in the evening. The port is 10-15 minutes away, almost opposite the hotel there are bus stops in both directions, around ATMs, rental cars and scooters.
The food is as simple as possible: soup, pasta / rice / potatoes change every other day, meat is a rare phenomenon, nuggets, cutlets of unknown origin, occasionally fish, beer / soda as in all 3, but the bar is up to 23-00! Fruits: watermelon, melon, sour grapes and sometimes peaches, all this is mostly given out in portions, from sweet halva only for breakfast, for dinner / lunch pudding or something indistinct that looks like cookies.
Of the minuses, they can move into a promo room with a view of the wall, "wooden" mattresses, a smaller room in general (there is a difference in the distance between the bed and the mirror in the photo) and a poorly closing door, after long arguments and conversations, only on day 4 they were moved to a normal room with a view of the center. street. Also, the downside is very poor lighting in the rooms, if you find fault) The rooms are washed and cleaned every day, there are no problems with water, the air conditioner and refrigerator in the room work fine, but in the reception area it is stuffy and hot, as in the "dining room". There are a lot of Russians as well as foreigners, in general, a quiet, peaceful hotel for spending the night / washing up.

We arrived late at night, when dinner had long been over, and we hadn't eaten all day. The staff organized a small snack for us in the form of fruits, poured us beer and wine, although the bar was no longer open, in general, they did everything possible so that we would not remain hungry. They mostly speak English, but they understand the basic phrases in Russian. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good. They cook delicious, but the only thing is that there are few meat dishes, mostly a lot of vegetable salads, stewed vegetables, fruits for lunch and dinner. They also gave desserts, but they are quickly disassembled, and then they are not laid out additionally, if you come an hour after the start of dinner, most likely they will no longer remain. There is Internet at the reception and in the bar, it works well when there are few people, even well. Music plays during lunch and dinner. I have good impressions about the hotel and I think that if we ever come to Alanya again, we will stay there.

We stayed at this hotel from September 03-11, 2024. What can I say - the hotel is just great for its guests. It is located in the city center, within walking distance from both the port and the beach, shops, etc. The room is very clean, no broken tiles, mold, which is typical for treshki. On the first day, the faucet in the shower was accidentally turned off, replaced with a new one without any problems. The food is very good, the choice is small, but everything is fresh and delicious. There is a bar by the pool - what is being poured- I don't know, a coffee machine was important to me- it is available)) Will I go to this hotel again? Without a doubt! The price/quality match has fully justified itself.

We stayed at the hotel in October of this year (2024), just arrived, fresh impressions. In Alanya 3 times. The hotel exceeded expectations, a cool location in the heart of Alanya, Cleopatra is a 10-minute walk away, everything is clean, everything was right with the food and meat and chicken and fish, excellent red and white wine, not diluted with anything, also beer, I tried it once, also good. Surprisingly, they gave halva tahini for almost every breakfast and even baklava with pistachios, I usually bought it, they didn't give it in those hotels where I was, there were also treshki, Wasa and Ikiz 😁
The only thing is, the man who served the food was a little angry or something, he pushed the plate away, probably this is due to inflation or they treat us like this now, but this is an exception. Towels were changed and bed linen, toilet paper was of no use, shampoos were brought every day. We checked in right away, we were already at the hotel at 12. Vodka and Babaevsky chocolate were brought. I was once told in Egypt that instead of money to give a good room, it's better to bring Russian vodka. So that's what we did. We took 2 rooms, for us and the children, and we were settled next to each other, we found an opportunity.
A decent hotel. I recommend. Everything is nearby, shops, cafes, restaurants, the Friday market is a 5-minute walk away. Alanium is 15 minutes away by bus and 40 minutes on foot. Ataturk Square is also nearby. We were satisfied.

I stayed at the hotel in October, the location is convenient, the beach number 1 can be reached in 10 minutes. The hotel is located on Ataturk Boulevard, not far from Waikiki and a pharmacy where Russian is spoken, who has been to Alanya knows. The staff is helpful and friendly. The bathroom was renovated, the plumbing was working, the water was hot at any time, shampoos and soap were constantly reported. Cleaning and changing of towels were done in 3 days, bed linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. The bar had red and white wine and beer. There were tables for food on the street and in the dining room, hot dishes and side dishes were put on by the cook, snacks and salads were taken by themselves, dessert and fruits were given out. Kemal, a canteen worker, caused a very unpleasant aftertaste, he snatched plates out of his hands, was rude and shouted, everyone was silent. Twice I complained about him to the hotel manager, after that he was quiet and behaved adequately. The quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired, but mostly everything was edible, I had enough, there was just little variety. Grapes, apples, tangerines, pears and always melon were given from fruits, melons were full. The sun and the sea brightened up the shortcomings, the weather was excellent, the rest was a success, I visit Alanya often, there is something to compare hotels and staff with.

In general, a good city hotel.It takes 1.5-2 hours to get from the airport, but it's worth it.A wonderful place is Alanya with a gorgeous beach and nature, where there are practically no cloudy days!The hotel itself is small.The staff is courteous, helpful, always interested in how things are going, always try to help if problems arise.The dining room is always clean, no animals, no flies, no cockroaches.Dirty dishes are not on the tables, they are immediately cleaned by the staff.There is no animation, but the music always plays, until about 23.00.There is free Wi-Fi, it catches at the reception, in our 111 room it caught in the toilet)The food is normal, everything is always fresh, there are few sweet dishes, but there are a lot of fresh vegetables and herbs.Alcohol-white wine,red wine from bottles,cola,fanta,sprite also from bottles,draft beer, juppy juice,coffee,tea.Fruits: grapes, melons,watermelons,figs,melons regularly.Our room was cleaned daily, replenished 2 times with soap and shower gel.The location is very good, 15 min.to the sea at a calm pace.Along the way there is a pharmacy, Magdonalds,Migros (a local supermarket),a water park, an archaeology museum, a theater and a lot of shops.There is a funicular on the beach-climbing into the mountains, also the beach has a kind of aviary for cats, they are affectionate and tame in large numbers there.In the other direction from the hotel, there is also a 10-15-minute walk to the port with ships and a wonderful park.You won't be bored.Actually, we liked everything.Thanks to the staff for their hard work, nice people!

The dishes are clean, but sometimes they come across with chips. Drinks are poured into glass glasses at the bar. Beer, white and red wine, fanta, cola, sprite.I liked the beer, we didn't try the wine. We didn't have enough pastries for breakfast, an omelet every other day. 2 types of cheese, salads with vegetables in different variations, similar. For 11 nights, fish was given 1 time, and so mostly stewed vegetables, sometimes with minced meat. You won't be hungry, but without frills. You can take water from the cooler, you can put it in your own bottle. There was a clean pool, there were enough sun beds for everyone.
It's 15 minutes to the sea, you can go to Migros on the way, "cool down". Beach towels are not provided, with their own.
Among the disadvantages: the restaurant does not have air conditioning, there are no fans, it is very stuffy.. You can't sit at the table for a long time, it gets sick. The Internet is on reception, but it's also stuffy.
The hotel is located in the center, next to Mavi (right across the street), Waikiki and the Barn 5 minutes walk away. Migros on the way to the sea, not large, but quite everything is there.
The hotel has 50/50 Russians and foreigners. The atmosphere is very friendly.

In my opinion, the hotel does not even have 3 stars. No one speaks Russian or even English at the reception! They speak only Turkish, they have to communicate through a translator, who often translates clumsily, as a result it is difficult to explain normally (( At first they tried to put me in a room with a broken lock, then they said that they would wait 2 hours if I wanted another room. As a result, they moved into another room: the view from the balcony into the wall, there is not even a trash can in the room (they brought garbage bags to me and told me to collect garbage in a bag), the furniture in the room is old, the bed is hard as a brick, only soap and shower gel from soap accessories. Thank you for at least having hot water! I stayed for 3 nights, during this time there was no cleaning, towels were also not changed, only 1 time the garbage was taken out.
But the biggest problem of this hotel is the food. There are no meat and fish dishes at all, not even an ordinary chicken! I had to eat too much rice, pasta, and vegetables. There are no sweets either, only some kind of pudding was exposed, it tasted like some kind of chemical powder was diluted. And by the way, they put the hot stuff on themselves, in portions. You can only put salads on your own.
The only advantage of this hotel is its location: 10 minutes to Cleopatra Beach in one direction, 10 minutes to the port and bar street in the other direction.
The hotel will only come down for the night, I will not return to it for rest!

If you go to the right, you will come to Cleopatra Beach, if you go to the left, you will come to the port and the fortress. You can walk everywhere. No need to spend money on transportation. The food is great!!! I didn't buy anything in the store. Everything was on the menu: fruits, meat, sweets. I haven't tried alcohol. Heat. +42. Daily cleaning service. WiFi at the reception is free. The hotel is small (this is a plus for us), unpretentious, sometimes asks for cosmetic repairs, food is more like in a cafe of a holiday home. Three types of salads, soup, 1 hot dish and a couple of side dishes. At breakfast, alas, there is no hot. Only cold snacks and boiled eggs or in the form of scrambled eggs (cold). But!! The hotel is clean, cleaning and changing towels in the rooms every day. Cleaning, this is washing with a means of floors, plumbing, balcony.. Not every Turkish five has such an attitude to cleanliness. The food is simple, but cooked deliciously at home. There is always melon, or apples, tangerines. Surprisingly, instant coffee from the car is not unpleasant, white wine is quite drinkable (wine is poured from a bottle in front of you), beer is not diluted. The audience, as in a Soviet holiday home, families with children, elderly ladies, pensioners. The main advantage is the location. 10 minutes and you're on Cleopatra Beach, and it's just gorgeous!! The Red Tower is 15 minutes away, shops are all nearby.

We stayed at the Diamore Hotel from May 17-29, 2022.Number 212. We liked everything. We have been flying to Turkey for 20 years. The last 9 years in Alanya .We were in different 3* hotels. Diamore pleased us with a pleasant staff, a wonderful cook. The food for a 3* hotel is decent. We weren't hungry. We, 2 women, had enough of everything. Who needs meat, delicacies, please at 5 *.-)) The attitude of the staff to all tourists is even and friendly. There was order and cleanliness everywhere. Personally, we were treated well everywhere because we respect the people and the host country. We love Turkey very much. I hope we will visit the Diamore Hotel in the autumn.

And all this after a long flight and a long drive from the airport, it was just the two of us with the child. I was very angry. As a result, we waited 3.5 hours, we were settled. There was no question of any apologies in the morning, although the owner was at the hotel almost constantly.
