Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite, the food is varied and tasty, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but first things first.
We arrived and checked into the hotel on June 11th. It was very hot outside, but luckily we didn't have to wait for the transfer. We arrived very quickly despite the fact that our hotel was second to last on the list. Upon check-in, we were offered to look at a room with and without a balcony, although other hotels did not offer us this. The room itself (we chose without a balcony) was very spacious. A large bath and shower, a soft bed and a cozy sofa, and of course a huge wardrobe left a pleasant impression. Well, then everything went like clockwork. We ate delicious and varied food, in the evenings, when the heat subsided, we walked nearby at Ajman Marina, and swam in the cool pool during the day. The rooms were cleaned daily and of high quality, but surprisingly for a very long time. The staff also pleased us with their friendliness and willingness to help. I would like to express special gratitude to Nobel, Farhan, Soju and Ahmed.
Overall, the vacation went as well as possible, and the hotel and its employees showed themselves at the highest level.

One of the best hotels in Ajman! I particularly love the beach and the staff. Very friendly and attentive. Great thanks to Peter from the cafe there, made the best coffee and made our days!

Good and delicious breakfasts and dinners , very comfortable and clean access to the beach .But there is definately worse to consider better furniture and attention to details (like availability of some devices in rooms -I missed the hair dryer in my room , the shower cabin door was broken .

Overall, it's a pretty good option for a beach holiday.
Of the advantages:
1) Convenient location – close to the walking area and the city center, there are many cafes and shops nearby
2) The first line and a private beach where everyone always had enough sun loungers. Beach towels are provided
3) Delicious food, I haven't had enough in 10 days
4) The staff is polite and friendly
5) There is a free shuttle service to Dubai and back
6) It is clear that the hotel is not new, but they are investing in fixed assets and making repairs
7) Overall, the room was cleanly cleaned
Of the cons:
1) Not always all cosmetics are put in when cleaning, I had to remind you a couple of times
2) They don't have time to re-serve the tables when the previous guests have eaten and the new ones have arrived, probably there are not enough waiters
3) There are practically no recreational activities
4) Sauna and Hammam are separate for men and women, the whole family will not be able to go.

A great hotel in my opinion, there are both pros and cons.
The food is good (the choice is not very big after Turkey and Egypt), but everything is very tasty.
The rooms are clean, if you ask for something, they will do extra.
The staff is adequate, there are rarely Russian speakers, everyone is super polite and responsive)
The restaurant is clean, drinks are in cans (cola, fanta, schweppes, Sprite.
The beach is small by the standards of other countries, but in general it is very convenient to relax with a child. It's shallow, but you can go deeper into the next one.
Minus, now the construction is going on nearby, it didn't bother us, even though the windows overlooked the sea and the construction site.

Great hotel. It was from 12.02.25 to 18.02.25. The weather is comfortable and not hot. The pool is 30°C. Jacuzzi at 40°C. The staff is very polite. We are always ready to help. Al-kart Asian cuisine restaurant is very good. It was my husband's birthday. They brought a cake and a postcard, plates, chopsticks, a candle, matches, and a tablecloth. Very nice! Clean cleaning. Towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste are changed daily. The beach is clean. The lifeguards at both the pool and the beach are working perfectly! We took 3 excursions per tour.The Sail bureau is across the street. Tatiana from this bureau - well done! Solves all issues quickly and efficiently! Mamuka is a hotel guide from Fun and Sun, who explains everything in detail. The food is very tasty:The mousses are great, the apple crumble is great. There is always fish, beef, and chicken. Delicious and original salads, porridges. The waiters bring ice. The alcohol market is 50 m from the hotel, prices are low and open until 22.30 . Animation is only water aerobics. The hotel is quiet without blaring music.

Nice hotel, there is a Russian-speaking staff, everyone is very polite. The territory is small, but there is enough space for everyone. There are always free sun beds, the staff is polite. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed every other day. The food in the restaurant is good, the buffet is not that huge, but all the food is of high quality and almost all the food is deliciously cooked. The hotel has essentially one large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a children's pool, all heated and open until 8 p.m., so you can swim even after sunset. The place is definitely good, you can recommend it.

I liked everything! Both the location and cleanliness, responsive managers at the reception. They were always friendly and instantly fulfilled all wishes. The hotel is cozy, towels and bed linen were changed daily. Cultural staff. The daily free shuttle service to and from shopping malls is super convenient! BUT.... I wish there were more managers who speak Russian, because the vast majority of tourists are from Russia. And another disadvantage is the lack of cutlery and napkins on the tables in the restaurant. I had to eat both hot and fruit with one fork....I had to look for clean forks and napkins or ask the staff. But, despite the disadvantages, I want to come here again.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. I liked everything very much. At the Russian-speaking reception, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, cleaning, changing towels daily, bed linen once every three days. Hygiene supplies are constantly being updated: shampoo, shower gel, etc. The first line from the sea, swimming pools for adults and children. It is very tasty in the restaurant. A buffet with a large selection of dishes. We had half board, breakfast and dinner, but it was possible to replace dinner with lunch. There are a lot of pastries, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, juices, etc. There is a gym with good exercise equipment. There is an alcohol market not far from the hotel, which is a rarity for holidays in the Emirates. There is a free shuttle service to Dubai from the hotel every day. The hotel is worthy of attention. 1st coastline. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The Staff Is Russian-Speaking. The food is delicious. Everyone who works for your holiday is attentive and ready to help in any matter. We had breakfast and dinner paid for. So you can easily change dinner for lunch at any time. And when we left for the tour, dinner was postponed to the day of departure without any problems. I've never seen anything like it. The liquor store is 5 minutes away by crawling. OSCAR is called. A very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a little tired. But everything is clean. The food is all very tasty and varied. The service is good, the staff is very friendly and ready to help. We were at the end of November- because of the high-rise building across the street, the sun appears on the beach after 10 o'clock, unlike the neighboring hotel. The sun is there from dawn to dusk. We lived in room 650 with terrible windows. It's like they don't exist at all.

The hotel is an hour's drive from Dubai, not in the strict emirate of Ajman. Good location on the first line. The interior of the room has seen a few tourists. The food at the hotel is delicious, there is a lot of variety, especially dinner! A room with a sea view with a balcony, better than the city. The situation was not overshadowed by the fact that construction is underway all along the coast, I would like silence. And the fact that there is nothing on the balcony door except the lamb and the door just closes without pressing. And on the window, facing the street, the handle rotated 360° and did not press against the frame in any way. There was no clamping mechanism to the frame. In the morning, when the equipment is working, it feels like I accidentally fell asleep on the street.

We rested at the hotel from 08.12 to 15.12. We initially chose a beach holiday. We were ready for the fact that there is a construction site nearby. The flight was with Aeroflot, as always, at the highest level. We arrived at the hotel in the evening. The reception staff is polite and friendly. The hotel manager Samuel helped us choose the room. Thank you very much! A room on the 6th floor with a balcony and a magnificent view of the Persian Gulf. The room is good, everything is in working order. Slippers, bathrobes (on request), gels, shampoos,soaps, toothbrushes - all available. Service for 5+. Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. The food at the hotel is very good. We took half board, we were not hungry. The menu is quite varied. We visited the Dragon Japanese restaurant (instead of having dinner at the main restaurant) We were satisfied with the cuisine and service. Cafes, pharmacies, souvenir shops at affordable prices, and an alcohol market are within walking distance from the hotel. Free transfer to Dubai Mall, Ajman City Center, Sahara Center by appointment.In general, the rest is for 5+. Special thanks to the hotel team for the cake and birthday greeting card! I recommend the hotel, we will definitely visit it again.

There's a construction site nearby. That's not why we flew from Moscow on vacation with a small child. On the night of Friday to Saturday (February 15), preparatory work was carried out for the corporate party of the hotel, at night they knocked on metal, installed equipment (AT NIGHT!!!). We all woke up, including a two-year-old child. We went to complain twice (!), and they stopped knocking only after the second complaint. And in the afternoon and until late at night, their corporate party was very loud. It's a tin can. They have a corporate party, and we're all listening to it. There is no escape from the noise in the room, as the windows face the direction where they are performing this action.
Because of the corporate party (I don't understand who does this at all. Rent a separate room, and not allocate half of the beach for this case) we removed 2 coffee machines there, to them. The whole crowd was queuing for coffee today at the only remaining coffee machine. Holding a corporate party at the expense of the comfort of hotel guests is very wrong!
If you wanted to listen to the sound of the sea, then be prepared for the fact that you will listen to the loud singing of the hotel staff in karaoke throughout the hotel.

There is a construction site next to the hotel, this is a huge minus, it was noisy 24/7 and day at night, it was very dusty (unfortunately our Windows overlooked the construction site)
The sea was very hot in August, it is located right on the territory of the hotel, you feel like you are locked up, there is a pool for both children and adults, there is absolutely nowhere to go, there is 40 minutes to go to Dubai, there is a free shuttle service, you need to book in advance, we took a taxi, it cost about 3 thousand one way there are about 4 thousand in the opposite direction, there are pharmacies, grocery stores, cafes, it is not crowded, there is absolutely no traffic. The sea is very upset, firstly there were constant tides, there was absolutely no place to swim, and it was hotter. If you are flying to relax for the sake of the sea, then it is definitely not in the summer (by temperature)
To visit a new country is definitely cool, but we are lovers of the sea, so next time it will definitely not be the UAE ..)))

The hotel is not big, well, very cozy and comfortable, not a large territory, well, you can go swimming to the neighboring Fairmont hotel, cleaning was daily, there were no people with lunch at all, mostly people go with breakfast, a quiet gym, a sauna and a men's hammam nearby! Review of your stay at the Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel (27.01-01.02.25). Very friendly and Russian-speaking staff, especially Hema and Nodirbek at the reception (You won my heart, I don't know what's the reason, but instead of a room of 27 sq.m. and with a view of the city, I was given a room of 62 sq. m. with the most gorgeous view) the staff at the bar/ restaurant / room service / is very friendly, creating an atmosphere of comfortable rest "as if you are the only guest in the hotel." In the restaurant, I recommend finding a young man who speaks Russian and Arabic (unfortunately, I learned him on the last day), he is happy to talk about all the dishes and drinks,". Nice birthday room bonus. We arrived at the hotel at 7-30 a.m. (check-in at 15:00), the reception immediately offered to use all the hotel's services until check-in time.
For a sightseeing tour, I recommend the Parus Travels & Tourism located across the street from the hotel, ask Elena for a guide. It is better to reserve a free transfer from the hotel to the Dubai Mall as soon as you check in, there is a queue for 2 days.

I liked the hotel, 1 line, 50 m. - and the sea. The approach is smooth, the sand is light and pleasant, there are enough sun beds. Not everything was fine with nutrition, they say the chef changed - there was a lot of spicy and salty food. Coffee beans, drinks, near the Oscar liquor store- so who needs it- no problem, you can buy at prices below Duty Free. In general, I liked the hotel, it is better to take a room with a view of the sea, a construction site is nearby and the rumble of equipment will not be heard so much.

We just returned from the UAE. We were in the Emirate of Ajman. I stayed at this hotel for a week with the children. I liked the hotel!
The advantages of this hotel:
- not far from Dubai airport, it took 45 minutes to get there.
- first line, lots of sun beds, umbrellas.
- availability of pools.
- the rescuers did their job well, they were constantly on the
lookout - the hotel was clean, cleaning every day.
- provided a baby cot.
- there is an iron and ironing board in the room!
- helpful staff. My 1 suitcase was lost at Dubai airport, the Russian-speaking guys helped, called to find out information about the baggage search! Thanks a lot for that!🙏🏻
- buffet: a large selection of dishes, meat (very tasty beef lula), chicken, fish, seafood dishes were sometimes, salads, vegetables, watermelons-melons-pineapple, cakes, juices.... In general, you definitely won't stay hungry!
There were a few disadvantages too:
- there was one kind of porridge, all 7 days, it's certainly not very good for children (
- the water in the shower went very badly, I had to constantly turn it off and wait for it to leave, otherwise my son washed himself 1 time and the whole bath was in water (
- it was in our room, there was no balcony, there was nowhere to dry things, so I opened the windows and hung them on them. The rope in the bathroom didn't really help, because the humidity was high (
- there weren't many napkin holders in the restaurant, so I had to look for free tables and take them myself.
Despite the minor disadvantages, I liked the hotel! Highly recommend it!

We had a rest in March 2025! We swam in the Persian Gulf, the water is warm at 25 degrees . I really liked the hotel! A warm heated pool, lifeguards are standing nearby and carefully watching the order! They saved the girl in front of me . The food in the restaurant is delicious , not spicy . The fruits included pineapples , watermelons, melons, and grapefruits. Entertainment for children included a playground and table tennis . We went on an excursion to Dubai , the journey took about 1 hour .

I really like everything and the food and the staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, many thanks to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Iftivkar, for such a warm welcome. The staff is polite, the beach is very small. The food is delicious, but the first night at the hotel turned out to be hell. I'm dreading another 6 nights. Construction/reconstruction of the embankment is underway nearby, 24/7. Several huge excavators are dismantling stones and huge boulders with buckets around the clock. If it's still tolerable during the day because of the general noise, then at night it's just hell.
I was going for a relaxing vacation, but now I'm looking forward to when it's over. The price and quality don't match at all. I highly do not recommend this hotel, if you want to relax and you have a light sleep, do not believe those who write that you can not hear the construction site (maybe, of course, the embankment has just started, and it was quieter before).
I took off 2 stars for this, although I wouldn't have given a single one for such a hell. I didn't sleep at all the first night. The hotel says that this is a construction site from the government and they can't do anything.

And yes, in the morning and all day the equipment works to the left of the hotel beach - it can be heard and seen ((excavators, a huge barge instead of a picturesque landscape ... and the water is dirtier than last year and the garbage floats different (although the hotel employee cleans it almost all day - it is)

We had a family vacation during the autumn holidays. Impressions of Dubai in general are very cool, definitely worth a trip: there is something to see, there are a lot of impressions. I won't say anything about the hotel.
PROS:
- proximity to the sea 10 out of 10, first line, lots of sun loungers and there are always free ones.
- the beach is a pleasant white sand, warm water, it is convenient for small children to enter, the sea is very clean
- a swimming pool with a hot Jacuzzi and a large one for swimming: there was enough space for everyone to swim, there is also a children's pool
- you only need to take rooms with sea views, the view is beautiful (otherwise you will live with a view of a noisy construction site where heavy machinery works from 6 a.m. to 0 a.m.)
- room cleaning is daily and on top! it's very clean and smells delicious everywhere in the hotel
- pastries in the restaurant (very tasty buns)
- cozy rooms, spacious halls on the ground floor, there are always free tables in the restaurant
minuses:
- Having taken breakfast and dinner, for 8 days we were tired of eating, very monotonous, Indian cuisine prevails, partly spicy dishes (rice, meat, fish) - in fact, the children had no choice at all: either pasta or buckwheat.
- the absence of a children's table (it is, as if for show, with one marmite, but it has 1-2 side dishes, the same as on the common table could be taken). Breakfasts are usually: waffles / pancakes, pickles with cheeses, some vegetables, something spicy Indian (we haven't even tried it), pastries, omelets, sausages, sliced cheese and sausages. There are few fruits.
Dinner - 2 types of meat, fish is always the same, there was almost no seafood (1 time we saw spaghetti with squid and shrimp, and 1 time spaghetti with them, but spicy). Side dishes of 2-3 types.
Drinks at the bar are paid (for those with half board). Only juices, water, tea, coffee are free during meal hours in the restaurant.
- There is a kind of children's animation (Toucan club), but we have not seen anyone actively involved with children. Ours (3 years and 10 years old) were not interested at all. Of course, this is not Turkey - where there are all sorts of mini-disco activities. There is no such thing here at all.
- There is no alcohol in the hotel (not even beer). There is one store, but it's a decent walk to it.
- I don't really want to go out for a walk outside the hotel: the feeling that I got to India or Pakistan: dirty streets, clothes are being sewn somewhere, cars are being painted / car service stations. On the way to the exchanger and walking to the LuLu shopping center, you will encounter this. There is a gold market not far from the hotel, but the quality of the products is questionable, and the style is purely Indian. For better goods, you need to go to Sharjah or large malls, fortunately, there are many such in the UAE :)
I would not give the hotel 5 stars, because the cons are decent. Such good 4 stars are quite enough.
A lot of impressions from visiting the Global Village (20 km from Dubai, by taxi from the hotel to the place - about 135 dirhams) + the same amount back. But it's worth it! Fountains and Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah + observation decks. We haven't had time to visit many things yet, but we will definitely return again, only to another hotel.

The hotel corresponds to the category of price-quality. The coastline is short, but the beach is private. Clean, well maintained. We stayed at the hotel in March 2025. The hotel itself is a solid 4*. The food is delicious, but the choice is minimal. Side dishes are only rice and pasta. Desserts are souffles only. The rooms are good. Everything is there. Bathrobe, slippers, kettle. Our room had a sea view, but the view of the city is on a busy street. And there is also a construction site. It's not even a construction site, but unloading of barges with sand, and these barges are unloaded almost to the shore of the hotel.

I didn't even get tired of the food for 8 days. Very tasty pastries in the morning. The staff is polite. There are always free sun beds on the beach. The beach is cleaned of algae every day. Opposite the hotel there are shops with souvenirs and sweets. There's nowhere to go for a walk, just along the road, and some kind of Indian barracks begin. There is a construction site near the beach, but it did not interfere with anything.

I was at the hotel on the recommendation of Kate's tour operator. I managed to visit this place in March. I didn't regret it at all, they checked in quickly, the room was clean and cozy, and the sea view🥰
The cuisine is excellent, for me the availability of seafood and a rich selection of dishes made me very happy. The beach is close, the views are fascinating. The attitude of the staff is also important. Everyone is friendly, attentive and helpful. I recommend it and I will come back here again.

We vacationed at the Bahi Ajman palace hotel in April 2024 with a family, with two adult children.
Everything in the hotel is great - rooms, beach, sea, service.
Food!!!! Mmmm - this is a separate topic, thanks a lot to the chefs who made our vacation very tasty!!! Much attention is paid to the little things, the deck chairs are cleaned and washed, beautifully arranged, the grass is watered, the garbage is constantly cleaned. The rooms are excellent, the bathroom is chic, comfortable mattresses and pillows, snow-white linen, high-quality cosmetics, bottled water, everything is replenished in a timely manner. The cleaning is good!
The territory of the hotel is small, but there was enough space for everyone - both in the sun and under umbrellas and in the shade that forms from the hotel building. Two swimming pools-a large heated one and a Jacuzzi, for children.
The hotel has an excellent gym and sauna with Jacuzzi, spa services.
I want to pay special attention to the staff - everyone is always smiling and responsive, There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception - this is important!!!!
Lifeguards work on the beach and by the pool, we saw the work of Prem with our own eyes - the reaction of a person is lightning fast!!!
Wifi works perfectly, even on the beach.
We turned out to be troublesome tourists, but not a single issue was left without attention and solutions.
I highly recommend the hotel!!!! Do not hesitate, buy vouchers and enjoy your vacation!!!!

Of the disadvantages, fuel oil is possible on the beach, the beach line is basically small, those who want an open view of the sea are definitely not here.
The kitchen is for an amateur, the rooms are a little tired.
And the rest is on the level. Clean, comfortable, adequate service, there is a kids club and a spa. The pool is clean, there are plenty of sun beds, nearby there are shops with groceries, clothes, souvenirs. You can walk along the new embankment towards Sharjah, it's incredibly beautiful there.
