It is difficult to get to the specified address. Yandex Navigator brought me and it was generally unclear where to go and where to look, I had to call an employee on the phone, who explained on his fingers how to find it. Otherwise, it's fast and clean. I recommend it!!!

Queues are possible - it depends on the day and time, there are only 2 cash desks (these cash desks work both for receiving/delivering parcels and for selling goods that are sold there). If there are queues, it is stuffy - there is no ventilation (there is no fresh air supply). There is a terminal (you can pay from your phone).

Finally, the air conditioner was installed, and this is a huge plus. It remains to solve the problem with the lack of Internet/communication in this basement room and everything will be fine. The phone doesn't pick up in the basement and I have to go outside to check something on the order on the website. The staff and delivery quality are excellent. Thank you for your excellent work and kindness.
