I've been here, a very nice hotel, the most reasonable prices! Good attention to the guests and fulfillment of requests. Good breakfasts! Everything is clean and tidy!

Hello! We were at the Bern3* hotel on July 12, 13, 2024, twice with my husband. The hotel itself is exactly 3. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, changed every day, the air conditioner works well, but if you open the window, it's noisy and the smells of food go into the room. The view was 'on the garden', but there was no garden there - there was a cafe with smells, since 'the roof was opened over the cafe and the cry of the muezzin of the neighboring mosque, it does not interfere with sleeping, the windows are well sound insulated, the shower works, soap and soap are not laid out every day, they forgot about towels, but they were issued on demand. The cleaning is normal, but not a delight. Breakfast: the breakfast table is highly limited - I did not like the way they cook, although it is difficult to spoil the omelet. There is no fruit. The repair , apparently , was not this year.At the meeting, a vase with fruits was brought and there is a kettle, tea accessories and coffee for self-brewing. The bins are separate. There's a prayer mat in the closet. Disposable slippers. There were no dressing gowns. There was no iron. But, the most terrible thing is the location of the hotel! It's a trap. The hotel is located as if between roads, where there are no sidewalks and you can't walk to the center, and it turned out not to be close. For the young , with good knees and hands and a desire to buy maps, etc. there is a subway with steep steps down and no handrails, trams from which the public hangs like pears , and only by taxi you can get to walk and eat- it's expensive and you don't want to in the heat of 29 degrees, you want a shady courtyard with a salad bar and ice cream. Shops, restaurants nearby are terrible, nothing interesting after Moscow, cheap, synthetic, lack of taste and smell. All around is bare dirty asphalt without greenery and shade. There are only mosques with the appropriate visitors, in black clothes with their heads, some glasses sticking out of black clothes, obviously not Turks., from visiting eastern countries. It's not comfortable: the whole street was looking at me, a blonde with blue eyes and a pear-shaped figure in a blue, albeit long, short-sleeved dress. Moreover, mostly women. The staff is friendly but clueless. There was no map of the city (it is difficult to find without the Internet), it was difficult to draw places of interest, recommend restaurants, shops nearby, although this is their direct responsibility. The reviews are good. But you need to understand that you will end up in a purely Muslim area and it will be difficult for you to get to the place of interest and not comfortable in such an environment. It's not my first time in Istanbul, everything was fine and I liked it. I love all nations and communicate with everyone, but there are too many negative factors here. I do not recommend the hotel.
