The location of the hotel is great, but the room itself is tired almost to death. There is no TV, a washing place for skinny people and stepping 50 cm through a narrow door, you can kill yourself wet, a towel with wipes, etc.

The condition of the hotel rooms is, of course, depressing. However, there was no tin either. The staff is loyal and adequate, but they don't speak Russian. The breakfasts are not bad, but, of course, no frills. The main advantage of the hotel is undoubtedly its location. Everything a tourist needs is located around within walking distance. To Sofia 10 minutes on foot, to the metro 2-3 minutes. Eminenyu Pier, from where you can take an affordable walk along the Bosphorus or to the Islands, is a 10-minute walk away. Right under the hotel there is a courtyard with a cafe for every budget; next door (10 meters to the left of the hotel exit) nice cozy dining room where you can have lunch for 100 lira. In short, if you need a hotel only as a place to spend the night, it fits perfectly.

Hello, we were at this hotel in the period from 08 to 15 March 2023, I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are in very poor condition, require serious repairs, and other rooms have mold. The photo shows the second number, which we demanded after seeing the first number. The window in the first room did not work/did not close. When trying to open it, the window came out of the frame, it is impossible to close it yourself. Something happened in the bathroom - the cabinet with the sink was charred, only one light bulb was working. Absolutely a horror movie. In the second room, the window was also poorly closed, but at least it did not come out of the frame. The condition of the bathroom is slightly better than in the first room, the lighting is much better. The air conditioner was hanging on the wall, we didn't use it, it wasn't hot. For breakfast, bread, two types of cheese, Turkish sausage, boiled eggs, instant Nescafe coffee, sometimes fried potatoes and an omelette. For maintenance, you need to ask for new towels, soap, and so on. There are Russian-speaking staff.
But there is a plus - the location of the hotel, within walking distance of all the main attractions of Istanbul, and the tram nearby, and the metro. Mosques are also close by - the first prayer is at 05.40 am.

4 stars for the fact that its location is good, everything is within walking distance. And the staff there are good, they will help you tell you through a translator))).
But the rooms themselves are of course miserable and scary. But it will go to spend the night. Breakfast is fine if you are not picky.

The most terrible hotel in Istanbul.
The only advantage is the excellent location.
The door was broken and has a huge gap, from the corridor you can see what is happening inside. The window overlooks a concrete wall, there is garbage outside the window below. The floors are ruined, the linoleum is torn. The bathroom looks as if after a bombing: chipped tiles, rotten ceiling, corrosion has long eaten the faucet, the washbasin is in the far corner and is inconveniently located next to it, the window does not open (there is not even a handle), there is no door at the shower stall, there are no shower facilities ...
The Booking stated the presence of a bar, TV, air conditioning... there are no remotes for them, there was only one and it is not clear from what. The outlet next to the mini-bar and TV is broken. There was also no remote control from the air conditioner. But there was an ashtray in the non-smoking room.
You can constantly hear someone in other rooms flushing the toilet, as someone walks in the hallway.
This is a fierce darkness! In any case, do not come here!..

For a C, it's killed, but in general it will go for a single bachelor stay, no more, for a family or with a woman it's not worth settling here, it's better to spend on a more expensive hotel from 5 rubles per night

The tin is the fiercest! Don't settle here!
February 2023
It seems that the room was not even cleaned before our check-in. They just changed the bed.
There's dirt on the carpets, dirt in the bathroom. The wallpaper on the walls is falling off. It's good that we lived on the 4th floor and at least there was somewhere to look out of the window (conditionally).
There were no towels. I had to ask.
By room, in the shower and while taking a shower - only in slippers! It was really scary to pick up something.
I wanted to buy a can of bleach myself and wash everything.
Tour operators should be prohibited from selling tours with this hotel at all.
I'm attaching a photo.

I liked the location of the hotel. The
main attractions, bus stops, and the metro are nearby. There is a stop nearby for the sea route along the Bosphorus. Comfortable. I didn't like the hotel itself: it was dirty, the air conditioner in our room was dripping heavily, it was done only after 5 days, the wallpaper is old and fu... The room is smoky. The bathroom (shower) is a complete mess. Everything is very messy. Plus, the linen was changed on demand. The linen is clean, the towels are washed. Who doesn't care and only come to spend the night, in principle, normal. Due to the pandemic, the hammam is not working, there is no buffet.

It is very dangerous for your health! If this is going to be the only hotel in Istanbul, never stay in it for anything! We have been treated for bed bug bites for a week now. Red spots all over the body, unbearable itching and a terrifying appearance. The fact is that only on the last day we saw hordes of bedbugs in the room, before that we saw red blood spots on the sheet, but we just didn't know that they were from bedbugs, we thought that mosquitoes were killed🤦♂️the bed and towels had never been changed in a week, the dirt is terrible. I won't even talk about breakfast. A hellish hotel in a word, don't even stay for free!

It's very dirty...Very...The shower room and the faucet above the sink do not feel like they have been cleaned since the day of installation. The towels were changed only after our reminder, on the 3rd day. During the stay (5 nights), 3 cockroaches were killed....Unpleasant...The main advantage of the hotel is its location within walking distance from the main attractions and from the tram stop, on a narrow street where only cafes are located. It was very convenient. There were always friendly people at the reception, who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfasts are very modest (vegetables, boiled eggs, onions and some kind of mash of sausages with sauce), but they can "bait a worm" with them.

So
The hotel is located in the old town
, the location is as convenient as possible, the main attractions of the city (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, hippodrome, Topkapi, Hagia Irina, Gallata Tower) are just around the corner
There is also the golden horn, the Bosphorus, the Sea of Marmara, the bazaar
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable beds, smoking is allowed

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the Sultan's Palace, Sofia Cathedral, market, etc. But if we talk about the numbers, they are bad. There are no windows, only 2 sockets, an old tube TV and a hard bed. The water in the shower does not have time to drain.
We came for the weekend, so it's tolerable. I do not recommend long-term check-in.

I was there a few years ago. A rather shabby hotel in need of repair: it was impossible to open the door with a key, but with a shoulder - easily. The toilet was swinging, and water was flowing out of the shower in a thin trickle. Shabby wallpaper, dim light ...
But the Internet worked fine, the hotel had an inexpensive and quite decent hammam, and excellent breakfasts - varied and delicious, which is very rare for 3* hotels in Istanbul. Perhaps something has changed now.
