We are completely satisfied with both accommodation and food! The excellent location of the hotel, near both the metro and the bus stop. There is a shop nearby with everything you need at good prices.

I liked it, first of all, it is conveniently located 150m. Metro. Free shuttle to the sea and back to the excellent beach in the Marina area, there are Russian-speaking staff, a quiet and cozy area. A little outdated renovation in the rooms, but this does not affect comfort, especially since we only spent the night at the hotel, and we were either on the beach or on excursions all day. I recommend.

Cons: there is nothing in the kitchen! There are NO stoves, dishes, microwaves, cutlery! Tired furniture and plumbing.

I definitely do not recommend the hotel: for 4 stars, the service is like a two! The reception staff never helps until you pin them down, they always pretend to be very busy and all the emotions are visible on their faces-this applies to the Russian-speaking staff. Room cleaning is generally a wild horror: towels are always taken away, although we did not specifically throw them on the floor so as not to change them, they also took away an ashtray and new towels, the ashtray had to be re-mined. There is a lot of dust in the room, floor lamps are not wiped, as well as bedside tables, carpets are all in the trash, it is clear that they are "cleaned" for show, there were no bathrobes when checking in-they dealt with the reception, they were given out. Question to the hotel owner: why such incompetent staff????? And in general, the hotel itself is not called MD Hotel by Gewan, but Cassels Al Barsha, on Yandex maps, in MAP, the hotel is located like Cassels. It is clear that there was bankruptcy and they renamed it, but they are not in a hurry to update the building itself: everything is old, tired, the service is very lame for such money. The only plus is the location and delicious lunches / dinners with half board, the breakfasts are all monotonous. We won't come here anymore, the pool was closed on the roof, and they advertised that it worked… The photo shows how the name of the hotel is pasted on the floor plan with your hands, and the old name is on the information. Wi-Fi is a separate song: barely crawls, works only in the room and then, if you sit next to it, went to the toilet-that's it, wi-fi died....

The hotel is frankly so-so.
On the day of arrival (we arrived in the evening), they could not check us in until 3 a.m.!
As a result, they were moved to another hotel, and then they were relocated. It was terrible!
The breakfasts are not very good. Plus long queues.

We stayed at the hotel from 5.11.23 to 14.11.23. I was a little tense because of conflicting reviews, but everything turned out to be very good (I didn't see any bugs and cockroaches). The location for a city hotel is excellent. The metro and the 81 bus stop are a three-minute walk away. Near a good supermarket West Zone. There is a huge shopping center within a 20-minute walk. Mall Emirate. It's a long way to the beach, you can't walk, but the 81 bus comes pretty close to them. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. Beaches for every taste. We recently went to the night. There are few people there and you can swim even when it gets dark under the supervision of very vigilant rescuers.
On the roof of the hotel there are adult and children's pools, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, music is playing. The staff provides towels and ensures cleanliness.
Our room 106 was improved on the first floor (but in fact it is the second). The room is spacious and cozy. The air conditioner is at 21 degrees constantly, but you can turn it off if it's cold. The sleeping place is beyond praise: a comfortable mattress, a large blanket, elastic pillows, it's a pleasure to sleep. The bed was made every day, the garbage was taken out, two bottles of water were put in and stocks of tea, coffee, sugar, shampoos, gels, body cream, soap were replenished. Towels were changed as needed. There were no dressing gowns at check-in, but they were issued on demand. There is an electric kettle and a hairdryer. The window opened only from the bottom and looked out onto the courtyard. The only negative is that the windows in the corner rooms are small, but we did not bother because of this, because we were not going to sit in the hotel. There is a large smart TV, excellent free Wi-Fi, and a free safe.
Breakfasts until 10:30 are monotonous, but you can always choose something. I liked yogurt, juices. Baking is not very good. The reception will help with any question, the staff is smiling, there are Russian speakers. There is also a good souvenir shop.

To begin with, this is our first trip. We arrived with the FanSan travel agency, arrived at the hotel ahead of check-in time, there were no rooms available, they said to wait 14 hours. The reception is somewhat Russian-speaking. Then we were offered to take new rooms on the 6th floor for a deposit. Which we agreed to by reading the reviews earlier. The luggage was delivered to the rooms, really new, clean, fresh. The air conditioner works perfectly, there are no comfortable smells. Rooms are cleaned daily change of towels, if necessary, bed linen. Replenishment of water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream. We needed an iron brought immediately, along with an ironing board, for the entire period of stay. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. At first we walked in front of the entrance, then we realized that you can smoke on the pool, which is on the roof of the 6th floor, there are ashtrays at the sun beds, thank you for this separately. The pool is not large, but with a warm Jacuzzi. It helped us a lot, in hot weather and tired legs, after a day of walking. The food is average, you can always choose. The hotel is 200 meters from the metro, which is just super. One stop from the Emirates Mall , they sell alcohol for a note . There is a supermarket nearby, there is a general store 10 meters away, 24 hours. Cafes, restaurants, Barber shop .In general, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

at the airport, the guide was met, brought, paid 105 dirhams for the room tax, all were given cards, checked in in the morning there was breakfast and a 2-hour guide..the food is delicious.there is a cheap supermarket nearby .the service is good.there is a subway nearby.the staff replaced the room.I brought an iron.I fixed the TV without any problems .cleanliness is vacuumed, changed and cleaned every day.The interior is normal. the rooms are good. The breakfast is delicious and dense
But there's some kind of trouble with towels. They pick it up every day and don't always bring it on time. I tried to explain to the maids (Indians) in English - they don't understand. I tried to communicate with them in a mixture of English and Hindi - they don't understand either.
A very important advantage of the hotel is that there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I picked up the phone and spoke in Russian.

According to the hotel, it is worth noting that cleaning is done every day, water, coffee, tea, milk are left. I took breakfast-dinner check-in and I can say about the restaurant - the food is excellent, fish, chicken, pastries, salads, desserts. Separately, it is worth noting the location. Metro 5 minutes, bus stop there. I didn't use the hotel transfer to the beach. It was more convenient to drive yourself and the presence of a bus stop is a huge plus. 15 minutes walk to Emirates Mall, the second largest shopping center in Dubai. The hotel is normal, the staff is super, the location is great. Not suitable for those who came to sit-lie down in the room. I only came to sleep on a clean bed in a cleaned room.

That is, in fact, you can only sit at the reception. Despite the fact that the PCR test is not ready yet, it is also impossible to even leave the hotel and you need to isolate yourself.

We are A FAMILY WITH A CHILD settled in a SMOKING room!!!!! The smell was terrible, everything was smoked. The child is allergic, there is also mold on the walls. They were able to relocate us only the next day. Well, nothing, we survived somehow, thank God, we always have medicines with us). But we won't set foot in this hotel anymore, and of course we won't advise anyone. Our tour operator has already been told. The second room was better, no tobacco smell! But still, he does not pull on a 4 * hotel. We had a rest in Dubai in 3* hotels and even a little better. Although it is possible now because of the pandemic, there is no money for repairs, personnel, etc. I liked the location of the Hotel - near the metro station, we traveled a lot, so this was a plus for us.

Nice hotel, nice, good-natured staff. The room is cozy, but it smells damp. Cleaned every day. Water was brought to the room every day, free of charge. The iron is free, the adapter to the outlets is also free. There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the roof, the water is always clean and pleasant. The food was delicious, but there is no variety in the food. Very good location of the hotel, across the metro road, 7 minutes from the moll of Emirates. Fountains, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Dubai Marina are not far away. There will be an opportunity to go to the UAE again, I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel did not meet its expectations, it was in April 2021, the room is old, all the walls are mildewed and not only in the bathtub, the room is also mildewed, the doors to the closet fall off, the smell in the room is terrible, the faucet in the bathtub is leaking, after bathing the whole floor is wet. The hotel urgently needs a major renovation!There seems to be a lot of food at breakfast, but at the same time it's the same every day, there's not even cheese. Of the advantages near the metro, clean bed linen. 4* does not correspond at all, unpleasant impressions remained from this hotel, I do not recommend it!

I don't know what's good about this hotel... Although no, I Know. Huge room with living room, 2 toilets, large bathroom, kitchen. Delicious breakfasts and dinners! But! The staff at the counter is doing something with something. Not interested men. Absolutely did not help the guests. The rooms are old. The hotel definitely needs renovation. Everything is wrong in the photo! When you take a tour or go here, look carefully at the photo. Being close to the metro is a big plus. Clean pool.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The staff cleaned the room every day, but as they say - fuck off, after asking for better cleaning (at the reception) and 5 derham, on the bedside table, everything changed for the better. Toiletries, water, coffee, tea - were added every day, plus if you ask for something - no question, they will bring it right away. Someone was not satisfied with breakfast, but as for me - more than enough. 100 meters to the metro and the same to the cafe 'Golden Fork' (very good sea products).
