A paradise for sweet tooths
I stopped by for lunch at Monet. A very atmospheric place with a beautiful interior. I advise you to try Viennese waffles with strawberries and bananas - they are incredibly tasty and satisfying. A huge number of cakes, sweets and ice cream in the assortment. Prices are above average. The place is popular, but rather overrated.

It's not a bad place, it's cozy, but it can be a little cramped inside. If the prices are high, then for some dishes they are high, I don't understand why, but how it is.

As a result, all 3 dishes were on different plates and brought at different times. The dishes themselves are delicious, but the service is worth changing. You have to wait for dishes for 25-30 minutes and this is breakfast. The menu also says cheesecakes - as a result, only one cheesecake was brought, at the time of ordering, no one specified that this was the price for one cheesecake and you need to order several if you want. We ordered more tea and dessert, which is ready and standing in the window, as a result, it was not brought for 20 minutes, after we approached, it turned out that we had forgotten about the order.
It seems that the waiters do not understand what is happening and what to do with all this, it is worth changing almost all the staff.

They asked for tea for dessert. In response, they say with an impudent face that there is no tea. Supposedly the bar is closed, although no one warned that the bar was closing, the last order had to be made! When they kindly asked to make tea at least on the electric kettle (it doesn't take much intelligence to understand that dessert is washed down with tea), they say it is impossible to enter into the system. Just a pot of tea! In Uzbekistan!
It turns out to be the owner's installation)
P.s.: Do not ask for a complaint book. You will be told with the same arrogant face that she is not there either...

The staff is polite but very slow. We ordered two breakfasts and sweet pancakes with tea and lemonade. We took a French breakfast first, then lemonade, then tea, pancakes and only at the end an omelet. There are no questions about food. But berry tea is black tea with lemon and syrup and the price for a normal tea with real berries in Tashkent. The ice cream is normal without complaints, in general, it was more upset than it was reduced 3.5 out of 5

I most often went to them for breakfast. Overall, I liked the place. All the waiters are attentive guys, only because of the specificity of the location of the halls I had to go look for a waiter to calculate. And so-very much so.
