A terrible hotel in every sense!!!The service is at zero, the rooms do not match the description and photos!!!The rooms are in terrible condition, the bathrooms are generally a separate topic!!!The only plus is the location of the hotel.There are no Russian speakers, from the word at all!!!It's cold in the bathroom

Nice clean hotel with English speaking staff. A good breakfast with delicious coffee and croissants, yum, yum...Cleaning was done every day. The only thing is a bad system for turning off the air conditioner when the balcony is open. When opening the balcony, the air conditioner is turned off and you need to call the reception that the air conditioner was turned on remotely.I really liked the location, very close to the center.

A normal hotel. Plus: close to the tourist spots of the center, clean, Russian-speaking staff. Of the cons, economy rooms in the basement without windows, repairs are not completed everywhere.
