I came to the clinic for my dog's vaccination and was pleasantly surprised by how the receptionist, Valentina, met us at the reception. We have known her for a long time, as we previously cut our dog from her when she worked as a groomer. Valentina is very kind, responsive and attentive to both people and animals. Now we will be even more pleased to come to the clinic, knowing that she works there.
