Queues are constant. Due to the very slow service. The constant imposition of add-ons.services that last for 5 minutes. There are always questions about currency exchange. Even when the bills are received at other branches of the Bank, they will say in this branch that they cannot accept (stains, etc.). Nothing changes! I've never seen a worse department. After more than a year, I want to update my previous review. It's a pity that you can't put negative stars, I would have put it right away. **-10** . The picture has not changed at all, everything has remained at the same terrible level. This department is a real anti—example of customer orientation. Here are just some of the "delights" of the visit: 1. Complete disrespect for the queue. Cashiers can easily close the cash registers in the middle of the working day and start solving their internal issues without looking at the living people who have to waste their time. Comments are answered with the standard, indifferent phrase: "These are working moments." As a result, you can be the second or third in line and stand for 30 minutes or more. What kind of effective service can we talk about? 2. Absurd procedures for accepting currency. A separate story is the surrender of dollars/euros. There have always been problems with this, even bills that look perfectly new are often defective. But the other day I saw a new bottom: the cashier took a ruler and started measuring the currency! I've been to a lot of places, but I've never seen such a circus before.

A good bank. An electronic queue, there are usually 2 windows, 1 information kiosk and 1 ATM bank (on the street side, only card transactions and cash withdrawal). They get blinded quickly, but there are long queues. Fortunately, thanks to the electronic queue, you can go outside and go to the store) It's a pity there is no hybrid booking office (for receiving and issuing cash)
