My family and I have just returned from a vacation at the Kaila Krizantem Hotel, and our impressions were extremely positive! I really liked the friendly and attentive staff. From the very beginning of the check-in, the reception staff was ready to answer all questions and help in any situation. The room was cozy, with a nice view of the mountains. They clean every day or when you need them! 2 pools with sun loungers, one pool has a slide. The restaurant had a varied menu, and the eyes were running away. Everything was delicious! The sea is nearby, it takes about 5 minutes to walk. In general, we were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Kaila Krizantem Hotel and are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort, good service and excellent entertainment!

We had a rest together with my wife in this hotel from 07/25 to 08/01, initially we understood that we were going to a foursome and did not expect a high level of service. With the exception of last year (we were also in the top four), we always went to the top five in Turkey and, taking into account the experience of last year, we were preparing for a sharp decrease in comfort. But in the end, we were pleasantly surprised. Moreover, I will say that in some moments the level of service exceeded some of the good five that we were in earlier. At least in terms of food, there is definitely nothing to complain about: absolutely every day chicken, fish, turkey, beef in different variations, many different fruits (plums, bananas, peaches, nectarines, apples, delicious grapes, watermelon, melon), dried fruits (figs, prunes, raisins), vegetables and herbs. There are a lot of different types of pastries and sweets. Snacks for every taste. It always happens that the choice of dishes is large, but in fact not everything is delicious, but not here. 95% of what was tasted is very tasty. I also especially wanted to note the cleanliness: the dishes in the restaurant are always perfectly clean, there are a lot of staff everywhere, everyone is trying, running. Dirty plates on tables never stand for more than a minute. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed. All the staff is friendly and tries to help you with everything. Passage to the beach through the passage under the road. There is practically no noise from the road, as the hotel is fenced off, and the restaurant itself is sunk below (below road level. The beach is clean, in general it is clear that they are watching. There were always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. I can't say anything about the animation and entertainment program at the hotel - we didn't use it, we didn't go to concerts. We enjoyed the sea and the sun more and walked a lot in the evening. By the way, there is one of the largest shopping malls and an outlet nearby in Alanya. It's not a problem to buy good things for yourself. Of the cons: - there is not always a free/comfortable table in a restaurant during rush hour if you arrive half an hour later. Therefore, it is better to come at the very beginning or closer to the end of the restaurant.; - standard rooms are not large (if someone likes space, then choose the appropriate room category) - the cleaning schedule is constantly changing, it is difficult to plan when it is better to leave the room, but in general they clean quickly and with you. - the level of massage therapists in the spa is not high and they give massages for less than an hour (although you pay for a full one), and the schedule for free sauna access is also not convenient I rarely write reviews about hotels, but I wanted to mention this one. So we can safely recommend this hotel.
