We had a rest at the Nova Park Hotel in November 2024. Excellent location of the hotel, close to shops, Nesto, markets (Steam trains, fish, vegetable), beautiful promenade, walking distance to Mega mall, Sharjah city center.
Very helpful staff, quite tasty and varied food, there are always watermelons, melons, honey, jams, awesome puddings.
We lived on the 7th floor, there was a problem with hot water.

A very budget hotel. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. There's a McDonald's across the street. They take you to the sea. They don't say much. The breakfasts are very poor. These are usually eggs, sausages, fried potatoes in the shape of a heart (there used to be such in Ikea) and tomatoes and cucumbers. Coffee is already in God's.

The best hotel I've ever visited!
Good location, there are a large number of shops, hospitals, cafes nearby, parking is available opposite. There is a bus stop nearby, a clothing store, and excursions.
The hotel itself has an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and a cafe. Upon arrival, juice is offered in the lobby. There are very beautiful sofas and paintings hanging there. Gorgeous corridors. There are 2 elevators.
The food is decent. Delicious, varied.
The service is probably the best thing available here. All the staff speaks and understands Russian. (Not ideal, of course, but still.) They will do everything to make the rest comfortable. It is clear that they are trying. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
As for the room itself: (We took a 3-seater, it turned out to be a 2-room one. ) the interior and design, of course, are not very good, but you can live. (Confused by the white walls, sockets that do not fit our connectors, urns, carpet, paintings) The only drawback is the lack of a dryer. And so, in general, the room is very spacious. (There is a TV, but there is no YouTube on it, there are only a couple of Russian channels.) I was glad that there is Wi-Fi in the room.
From the "+" I can also highlight: they took me to a private beach every morning. (where only Russian tourists are) The beach is sandy and very decent. There are sun beds (free of charge), a toilet, a swing for children, a large territory, beautiful views with palm trees. It's not a long drive, ~ 10-15 minutes. They also took me to Dubai for a few hours almost every day. It's already a little longer to go there, but it's tolerable, ~ 30-40 minutes.
I don't understand why the hotel is rated 3*, although there should be a bold 4. I definitely recommend this hotel. Only good and pleasant memories. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great hotel.
The food is delicious and varied. Chicken, fish every day. Meat (beef)also almost every day (5 out of 7 days). Only the cooking options change.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The only thing we didn't have a balcony, the hotel doesn't seem to have balconies at all, but it didn't upset us at all, because the rest is just "+".
We were allowed to move out a little later without additional payment, we always solved any issue without problems.
The beach is not far away, each beach is good in its own way. The delivery did not bother. We even tried to walk to the Radisson beach ourselves (there are sun beds and umbrellas for free)(photo). The time turned out to be 45-50 minutes) along the embankment.

Very nice hotel! The staff is very pleasant, the service is at a high level. It's a solid 3, but it's very comfortable there! The food is very tasty! We stayed with a friend at this hotel on 24.01-28.01.2025. We were looking for a hotel to spend the night, have breakfast in the morning, go to the beach before lunch, and then explore Dubai until late at night. The hotel fully met expectations in this perspective, let's say)) The breakfasts are modest, but you won't stay hungry. There is a shuttle service to the sea in the morning, until 09:00, and back at 12:30-13:00 they pick up at the hotel. They take you to 2 beaches to choose from: one is the former Radisson blu hotel, with sun beds, the other is the Al Khan city beach with paid sun beds and umbrellas. Beach towels are provided at the reception, we prefer the city beach, wide, clean, clear water, but here for an amateur. Mon, Wed, Fri at 14:30 free transfer to Dubai (City centre deira). Make an appointment in advance at the reception. We got a room on the 8th floor with a view of the parking lot and the Sharjah Ferris wheel. The pillows, the mattress, the bedclothes are very comfortable, that's the main thing. The air conditioners were working properly. And that's all we needed from the room. There is a feeling of "fatigue", but thanks to the staff who try and maintain cleanliness and friendliness! As we wrote earlier, if there are available rooms, they extend the stay for free. There is a fish market, shops, and a bus stop within walking distance. Our budget vacation was a success, only pleasant impressions!

The hotel is located in the center of Sharjah, near many supermarkets, fast food cafes, a 25-minute walk to the embankment. The staff is helpful, they speak a little Russian, they do their best, they help. We took only breakfast, they are monotonous, but edible, you will not be hungry. There is a transfer to two beaches and to Dubai (3 times a week). The room consisted of three rooms - a bedroom, a living room with a TV and a kitchen (without a cooking area). The room is large in size, apparently cosmetic repairs were made several years ago, but very clumsy, cabinets and doors are painted with ordinary paint, the bed is comfortable, the plumbing is new. If you do not count on delicacies in the food and do not expect luxury in the room, you can choose this hotel.

Good time of day. I want to leave a review about this hotel. We were at this hotel from November 30th to December 7th, 2024. They only took breakfast. We were satisfied, the food was delicious and varied. The room stock is of average fatigue, we only spent the night. Cleaning was done every day. They take you to two beaches, one at the former Rixes hotel had sun beds, umbrellas and to the city beach of Alkhan. I liked both beaches. The only disadvantage is the transfer back from 12 to 13 o'clock. We did not go back, we walked after 17:00 along the picturesque embankment, through the famous market "Locomotives" 3 km. The location of the hotel is in the center of the Emirate of Sharjah. Near the market, shops, cafes. Dinner for two cost 40-50 dirhams on average. We liked it!

We went to a meeting and were allowed to extend the room for free until 14-00. But there is one drawback- these are breakfasts, well, very, very weak, I'm not picky, but here I just ate one potato for breakfast. My daughter loves scrambled eggs - she eats at home every day, she didn't start here - it's not tasty from the word at all, tasteless. There is no fruit, one kind of cheese is not delicious, Ala fetaxa once every three days, only it can be eaten. Lunches and dinners were not taken. AND ATTENTION - YOU CAN NOT POUR WATER WITH YOU AT BREAKFAST!!! That's what killed me. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large, but the conder goes out without light in the room after 5 minutes.Will I come back here again, probably yes, because we come not to sit in the room and eat, but to walk and sunbathe, the hotel fully meets these criteria.

A magnificent hotel. You can't even say that it's 3 stars. Very helpful staff, cleaning every day, good with fresh food in the restaurant. Convenient and regular transfers to 2 beaches (urban Al Khan and private with free Radisson sun beds). Transfers to Dubai 3 times a week to the metro station and shopping center. Nearby is the 303 bus stop to Dubai, who wants to go on their own in the morning. Within walking distance there is a promenade for walking and a stunning fish market, where any delicacy can be prepared at your request for reasonable money. We had a super cool vacation. Thank you very much Nova Park! We were in January from St. Petersburg for 140 thousand with my husband and child of 5 years! The only disadvantage of the hotel is the pool in a dark and cold basement, where it smelled strongly of chlorine, we went there a couple of times to play table football))

We have been vacationing since January 27, 2025. We took breakfast and lunch. Location 5, rooms 5, cleaning 5, meals 5 . We knew we were going to 3*, and no matter how much we expected, everything was fine. A transfer takes you to the sea and picks you up. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. The food is modest, the lunch is excellent. I didn't regret at all that we chose breakfasts and lunches. I recommend it!

4 times in the Emirates, we visited hotels in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman of the Ramada hotel chain, 3-4*
Positive:
1. The location of the hotel (near the embankment park, where to walk)
2. Helpful hotel staff
3. Transfer to the beach (though it's a little early) yves Deira 3 rubles a week
That's it.
I noted more minuses for myself:
1. Disgusting breakfasts both in terms of the number of dishes (rather their absence) and in terms of quality ( coffee is only in a thermos, instant, there is not even a tea bag
You can count what is presented on your fingers: 1 type of oatmeal porridge, fried eggs - there is nothing more. Nothing made of meat. Fish is nothing . sausages with fried peppers and onions on eom "protein " is over... There is no cheese at all!! This is nonsense and unpleasantly surprised

Great vacation in March 2024, the Nova Park hotel is located very well, in the center of Sharjah within walking distance: the lagoon embankment with a park, fountains, cafes and restaurants; the central market (steam trains), fruit and fish markets, supermarkets, clothing stores. There is a shuttle service to the beaches every day, very convenient. The food is good, we had breakfast, in the morning a choice of 4-5 dishes, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese. I especially liked the attentive and positive attitude of all the hotel staff! At the reception and in the restaurant, they understand Russian, there were no difficulties in communication. I recommend it!

A very decent budget 3*!
Pros: transfer to two different beaches, staff who quickly solve issues, a hearty varied breakfast, give towels to the beaches, separate rooms, good Internet, shops and cafes around.
Cons: sound insulation (street noises are clearly audible), old air conditioning, slightly shabby furniture.

A good three, we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 a.m. we thought we would wait for check-in until 2 p.m., but we were immediately given a key to the room, where we went up and settled down, even rested for a couple of hours from the road. We took breakfasts and dinners, and every time you enter for breakfast, they ask you, what would you choose for lunch or dinner today? There was always meat, fish and chicken, salad, vegetables... In general, it's not very tasty, but it's quite tasty, there's always been cream soup. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch is served by the waiters, but lunch seemed meager to me.
The bed in the room is cool, they are cleaned every day, there is a TV (there are also several Russian channels), there is a board and iron in the hallway, there is a refrigerator in the room.
There are supermarkets and cafes near the hotel, where you can buy meat, fish and groceries. I jokingly told my wife I should have brought an electric steak grill and fried fish and lamb steaks in the room.... there is a small kitchen-type room (refrigerator, kettle)
Everything was working in the room. room 722 is on the 7th floor, the only inconvenience is that prayer is held early in the morning in neighboring mosques and quite loudly, the windows do not save.
The hotel has good staff, they teach Russian, they are friendly. There is a pool on the ground floor, but we did not use it. There is Wi-Fi, we were given a password at the check-in and we constantly used it indefinitely, inside the hotel and at the tables at the entrance to the hotel.

Otherwise, everything was fine. From the useful: 1. it did not seem to be mentioned that when boarding buses (both to the city beach and to Dubai), you need to take a plastic card from the porter - it replaces the ticket on the way back so that the hares do not climb. Return it on arrival. 2. There are better beaches in Sharjah than those that are taken for free. You can expand your geography by taking a taxi. Taxi drivers do not break prices, everything is strictly on the counter. After Moscow, it's inexpensive :). Beautiful, long, with a promenade and playgrounds, the city's free beach is further from Radisson, it stretches almost to the border with Ajman. (It's close :)). 2. Who, when saying that the rooms have a kitchenette with a kettle, counted eating in the room - it is forbidden. Just tea. Therefore, there are only tea pairs from the dishes, not a single plate / fork. Some of the china drawers are even boarded up. No stove, no microwave.Eating outside is prohibited. Although the people are carrying something.. I think cookies for tea. We unknowingly brought pizza :)). 3. The pool is normal. Both we and the people actively used it in the afternoon, when they don't take us to the beaches. He 's not in the basement , and he 's not in the dark . There is light and music, the first floor, there is a shower, towels are provided, there are sun beds and benches, a polite employee is sitting, there is something to swim with (all sorts of foam things). So we didn't understand the negative reviews. 4. It seems that no one mentioned scales for suitcases. On the ground floor, near the stairs. They helped a lot at check-out - they redistributed the weight in suitcases in the room, and not like some - on the floor in front of everyone at the check-in desks at the airport. 5. The Gazprombank Union pay card stopped working with us. It was unpleasant. Take cash dollars. Rubles are not accepted anywhere. Dollars can be old, they make a small discount. 6. On excursions, I support not to borrow from travel agency guides. Only an overpayment. There is zero service. 7. In the restaurant, a request is printed in large letters to take as much as you eat. Really, don't embarrass yourself and your country. Some sit like pigs with mountains of food.. It's already disgusting. The rooms are very large, the bed is just huge with a good mattress, the room has 2 air conditioners, even a small kitchen with a kettle, the cleaning is normal, the food is average, we are not picky, the reception is Russian-speaking, the hotel has its own pool and fitness, where there is a water cooler. Buses take you to the beach and back, I didn't like the city one-the bathing area is very shallow to the chest, you can't go behind the fence-the lifeguard immediately drives you back. For its stars, the hotel is just a bomb. Check-in earlier, the room is huge, located in the center, everything is at hand. There is a shuttle service to the beach, everything is on schedule. As a sweet tooth, I didn't have enough cake and other goodies for food. In general, the food is not bad. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager (a man with a mustache at the reception). He is really the business card of the hotel, as he solves any problem! He has a separate respect and thanks for the individual transfer to the sea and for the eviction after 12. I will be happy to come back again!

The convenient location of the hotel, a lot of shops, McDonald's, Day To Day.We had only breakfast, you won't stay hungry, the menu repeats. A shuttle service runs from this hotel to the beach and to the nearest metro station.And there are a lot of shops and a huge shopping center not inferior to the Dubai mall, everything you need can be found.Al Khan beach is very cool, equipped, the water is not stagnant, the safest for children.I recommend.

Were in October 2023. The hotel is three stars, but the service is very decent. Like it. The staff is friendly and attentive, it is clear that they are trying to please. The interior is clean and elegant. On the ground floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool.
In the room: two rooms + kitchen; in the room appliances: there is a refrigerator, electric kettle, LCD TV (three Russian-language channels), hairdryer, safe (no extra charge). At our request, an iron and ironing board were brought. Air conditioning in every room. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day (!) even regardless of whether it is necessary or not, plus daily replenishment of shampoos, soaps, shower gels. Coffee, tea, bottled water in the room for free upon arrival, then not replenished. Internet: free, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room is excellent, everything is loaded at a good speed. Hotel buses are taken to the beach from 8 am, several flights are made, they are taken back from 11:30 am. Beach towels are provided. They take you to two beaches to choose from: to the city beach of El Khan (well-groomed, clean, but umbrellas and sun beds for money) or to the beach at the Radisson hotel (umbrellas and sun beds are free, but the coast is worse, near the port).
Meals: buffet, breakfast from 7 to 10 am, lunch from 14 o'clock, dinner from 19 to 23 o'clock. You can not take everything (for example, only breakfast), but we paid for three meals a day. Beef, fish, turkey, chicken are served, there are soups for lunch. The kitchen is good, I liked it. Alcohol and pork are absent (Islam does not allow).

A great budget hotel! We have been there several times and still want to). The rooms are large, two suites, in the living room and in the bedroom. But the most important thing that makes the hotel great is the staff! Always be careful, they take you to the beach to the last person, and not like in the next one, you didn't have time - your problems. They always try to help. There is enough food and everything is delicious. If you do not take food, you can order room service for money, inexpensive and a normal portion. In general, I recommend it furiously))

I had a vacation with three preschool children at the end of December last year (2023). I only took breakfast, but I didn't have to take that either. The whole hotel was covered in Christmas trees. We checked into a room on the fourth floor, there is one elevator and there is always a queue. Room with bathroom, kitchen, balcony, bedroom and living room. The kitchen had dishes, a kettle, a sink and a refrigerator. Shower accessories were left every day after cleaning, when we went to the beach before lunch. Towels were also changed daily. The location is gorgeous, there is everything you need within walking distance. I found a day to day store nearby, like Auchan. We ordered the food in the delivery "Fairy Tale", everything is very tasty. Thanks a lot to the one who shared this valuable information in the reviews! We tried all their menus, the children ate with pleasure. We found a grocery store around the corner on the first day. By the way, I exchanged the money back in Moscow, at the rate of 25.
Closer to departure, I found out that the hotel has a swimming pool, but I couldn't get there because of the children.
They take you to two different beaches to choose from, and they give you towels.

Great hotel! The service is excellent, we got two-room rooms for two, with a small kitchen. Yes, the furniture is quite old, but solid. At the same time, it is clean, they are constantly cleaned. For 3 stars it is very good! There are shops, markets, currency exchange in the LuLu market nearby. Room cleaning every day, polite and helpful staff.
There is a bus to Deira City on Mon-k, Wednesday, Friday. There are buses to the beaches too, although it's early: from 7 to 8 on Al Khan, on Radisson from 8 to 9h. You can do it a little later). The fish on Radisson Beach are not afraid of people, they swim underfoot, which pleases everyone, you can swim with a mask!
There is plenty of food, a little seafood is not enough and children have little choice.
The rooms are 2 rooms and there is a small kitchen, like a small apartment, you can't hear the neighbors. The noise of the conduits from the balconies interferes a little, but from the second night you get used to it. The beds are off, you sleep fine. There are no ropes to dry the laundry!!!

Upon arrival, they put us in a very tired room on the 8th floor. They asked to relocate, and several rooms were offered to choose from. This is a huge plus.)) The location of the hotel relative to the "walk" is great, everything is within walking distance, of course it's a long way to the sea. It's a great hotel for its price range.
