We had a rest from 12.01.26 to 22.01.26 in Egypt. Our tour operator, Long Kristina, is a big smart girl, she did all the documents quickly and correctly, which is important, everything is remote and without our presence, she is constantly in touch and always answered even the most stupid questions, it seems to me. THANKS ❤ We had a rest for the first time with the kids, and were wildly delighted, everything is organized at the highest level, from meeting at the airport to the departure itself. We chose a budget hotel for the first time, Parrotel Aqua Park Resort 4*, with 2 warm pools, a cool water park and the most fun animation. The food is 4 out of 5, but there are a million easy choices. Vegetables, fruits and sweets are fresh and varied every day. The hotel has a large green area, and there are plenty of places to take photos. The bars are all open at 00:00, and the staff is very attentive and sociable. 🤭 It's a 7-minute walk to the sea, through another hotel, but there are also very beautiful places there, or by bus, he brings and takes you for free. The underwater world is generally a separate love, you can see enough fish from the shore, but if you have a mask, you can admire the wonderful ones on the pier for a sooo long time. And be sure to go on excursions, so that you don't just lie seal and sunbathe, there are very beautiful places and the prices are great. Being in Egypt and not seeing the pyramids, I think it's a sin. ‼️🇪🇬 We were wildly delighted, I hope we will work together more than once. The best travel agency! When we plan a vacation, we always know that we will travel only through Sofftour! Tatiana is a wonderful travel agent! She and I easily found a common language, understood all my wishes (and we are vacationing with two small children and there are a lot of wishes). This year, we faced the problem of rebooking the tour, and Tatiana organized one of our best trips. From 04/06/2026 to 04/13/2026, we rested on Hainan Island at the Ocean Sonic Resort 5* hotel. A good hotel, helpful staff, the guide understood perfectly well what was being asked of her and did everything right away. For children, there is a separate children's breakfast table, a children's playroom, and children's water slides. The hotel is a little tired, but when we asked to change the room, we did everything without any problems and gave the room a higher level.

We were supposed to go to another place from another travel agency, but due to the situation in Dubai, everything changed and our travel agent did not help us in any way, so we turned to softtour to Maxim's travel agent in Petrovshchina, we arranged everything in an hour and were in Sri Lanka three days later, Maxim told us everything, advised us many places and our vacation went even better than originally planned at an adequate price. We were in the city of Unawatuna, there are many good hotels, the beaches are great, there are places where there are no waves and places where there are but they are small. There is plenty of food, various restaurants, cafes, delicious seafood, teas, fruits. There are different animals everywhere
