Very cozy plase to have a good time with a family and friends, but some amusements are obsoleted

Nice place, beautiful views and good kid's playground. Kids also loved dolfinarium that located in the park. But the payment for entry is separate and not included in the payment for entry to the park.
Some of the attractions in the park seemed very old. For example, some cars in autodrom were broken.

Ashgabat Park, which I visited on 08/24/2024, I liked it, it's clean and quiet there. It is ideal for a walk with the family. The children really liked the park, there are entertainments of different ages, for adults who have turned 18 and have a driver's license, there is even a go-kart, in this go-kart cars look like Formula 1 cars.
Unfortunately, there are no roller coasters, only trolleys for middle-aged children.

We went to the park for the New Year holidays.
This is the most terrible park in Tashkent.
1) Although the parking lot is large, it has very strange markings. New lines are applied directly to the old one, a kind of "herringbone" has turned out, resulting in confusion.
2) In the park, the kids wanted popcorn. The store refused to accept the VISA card.
Cash only or –Click. If you're a tourist and you don't have cash in the local currency and Click, you won't be able to buy anything. It's strange that you can't pay for goods with a park card.
The employee also refused to transfer money to a bank card (as is generally accepted everywhere in Tashkent).
As a result, the child was upset, because the selected glass had to be simply taken out of his hands.
3) The Ferris wheel is the finish line. There is a VIP entrance and a common one. I don't think VIPs go to this park, but ordinary people were only allowed through 1 booth or 2 booths. There was a queue, despite the fact that the park was empty and there was not a single person from the "vip" passage.
The booths themselves are small and unheated, so all the windows were fogged up, and generally dirty. You can't see anything through them at all. Plus, the windows are plastered with advertisements.
It's such a joke to put an advertisement over an examination booth.
4) The final was steam locomotives. We have two children, the park is empty, except for us-no one was on them. The trailers there are not very big and narrow. It says that the child must have an accompanying person. Well, two kids, two trailers, let's go, but no. There's only one parent, and they're all crammed into one.
That is, if two children are from different parents, then please sit in different ones.
I strongly recommend not visiting this park.

But the second time we were completely upset , so to speak , there is no dolphin, but there is an aquarium in which fish of the same breeds that can be found in many institutions, if you visit a pet store, then there will be more impressions. Further attractions and a complete bummer, do not work... The result is the tears of a child.
At the exit, they gave the card a pass to the administration with their wishes .
So, if you want to visit the park with children, please specify about the dolphin, since many children go for it and by the way there is practically no greenery . In my opinion, it is better to visit the former Telman Park. I have never written bad reviews, but this.... why sell passes that are not possible to use, and they threw money for a pass of three hundred and something thousand.

In Telman Park, which is located in the city center, the prices for children's attractions were much lower than in Ashgabat, for example, a simple circuit for 3 minutes of riding you pay 25,000, the child does not even have time to enjoy this moment, as a result, the parents have to pay 100,000 for 10 minutes (rounded) of the child's riding. If you live close to the park and you have a scooter or bike, it's okay to ride there in specially designated areas, of course, but it seems to me this is the only plus.
