We rented a car for 10 days. A deposit of 300 euros was blocked on the card, which, as we were told, will be refunded 30 days after the completion of the lease. However, everyone decided to keep silent the fact that after 30 days, if the amount is not unblocked, it will be debited in favor of the seller. And, and the most interesting thing is that the countdown of 30 days begins from the moment the funds are blocked (the beginning of the lease). In other words, if I hadn't realized in a week and a half, the company would have earned the easiest 300 euros in their life.
Tech. support will drop the tubes, and not answer calls, mail will be answered for several days. They will constantly switch hands, saying it's not our fault.
After 3 days of struggle, the deposit was returned.
But half a year later, a new joke happened. The money for the fine was debited from the card. Without warning. At the same time, the company claimed that all fines would be deducted from the deposit after 3-10 days. days after the end of the lease. I don't know if it's a normal policy to send fines after half a year, but no government documents were sent to me. Just a bill from the company and nothing else.
