Convenient location, you can walk to all the attractions. There is a lobby, a conference room, a swimming pool, a hammam and two types of saunas. There is a bowling alley and a water park nearby. The large Ferris wheel also works in winter. In summer, there is a great park with children's attractions. Rooms for 4, there was a strong wind and it blew into the room - it was cool :(In general, I liked everything.

The hotel is very good - and the room stock (you can find fault with a certain "wear and tear", but I will not), and breakfasts, and a fitness club with a swimming pool, but the main jamb is the staff.
On the 2nd night, I woke up to the sound of the door opening - I didn't understand anything. After that, at 7 a.m., they arrange a wake-up call from the reception, clarifying that I did not check out. I went to figure it out - it turns out that one of the employees managed to put a mark that I left at night (respectively, the maid came in at night). To be honest, for me it's a game that ruined the whole impression. Naturally, I didn't get enough sleep as a result.
Before that, a friend told me that he asked twice to bring a heater to his room - and did not wait (about a week before my arrival at the hotel).
I can survive stale carpet and already damaged furniture, but there are no such joints.

I visit this hotel only when we have seminars and trainings in the conference rooms. Everything is fine, it is already one of the favorite places where you can just drink delicious coffee in the lobby, or take your daughter to the princess house, a very cool place by the way for little princesses!

Nice hotel. Quiet, delicious breakfasts. There is also a swimming pool with sauna. Saunas are located in the changing rooms. That is, women steam separately from men. The rooms are cozy, but towels and bathrobes would be replaced. They're a little tired. The bed is cozy. I slept well! Probably for the 2 days of my arrival in Astana, I did what I slept.

I attended a seminar in this complex. Everything is clean and cozy. I thought that prices would bite, but it turned out everything was fine. The elevators are super) the kids liked it. I don't remember the restaurant, but it was delicious and the service was top-notch.

After visiting here this year, I can confidently say that the hotel is sinking to the bottom. Starting from the rooms where everything is stripped, the fabrics are stained and the balcony is screwed shut (this is the first time I've seen such barbarism in hotels...), ending with the service, the laundry is not working, you call - endless beeps, when you try to contact the laundry through the reception, you only get excuses and "when the laundry staff sees your call, they will they'll call you back." The food in the lobby bar (the only place where you can order room service directly via phone) is of average quality and the price tag is very high (this is the norm for hotels, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired). The only thing that left a neutral impression was the breakfasts. There are fried eggs to order, a large selection of drinks and a constantly changing menu, you will not stay hungry.

To summarize: for 3 years, the hotel has been slowly and surely going downhill, since the summer of 2021, where only the condition of the rooms caused questions, everything has descended to the 2* hotel level, where you do not expect good and high-quality service. It's a pity, because for such money (even for a standard room) I would like to see a hotel that is more interested in your quality vacation. I don't think I'll stop here again until something changes.

The only big minus is the smell in the rooms 😨Everywhere there are carpets , I do not know how they are cleaned , but the smell is disgusting (( open windows did not save . The reception staff is pleasant and helpful.
The food that was included in the payment for the room is excellent, for every taste and preference, and fruits and vegetables, several options for breakfast, a lot of local goodies.
The tea set in the room was always replenished
The kettle is working.
Cupboards, hangers, extra blanket are all good.

The bathroom constantly smelled of sewage.
We didn't change the hygiene kits, and on the last day we decided that we didn't need toothbrushes and shampoo at all, by the way, we didn't put a towel either
One bed was terribly shaky, the master was called, but he did nothing, so my neighbor and I did it ourselves, it turned out the legs were not twisted.
The sofa in the room was covered in animal fur of some kind
The water in the room was given the norm, if the bottles were standing, new ones were not added.

But, on the other hand, a colorful lobby and panoramic elevators, a breakfast table with national things (kurt, etc.), a national tent in the bar (or a tent, in general, something national). We upgraded the room category to a junior suite for free, I ended up living alone in a room with two toilets and two balconies, beauty. In the room there is a bathrobe, slippers, all kinds of shampoos, gels, hats, a kettle, everything is there. Right next to the hotel is a water park, an amusement park, where actually the largest Ferris wheel in Kazakhstan, a red double-decker bus also stops nearby (opposite the shopping center), Khan Shatyr can be reached on foot (15 minutes walk), and next to a giant park (central), with a flagpole, a pond, the St. Regis hotel disadvantages I would note that it is not written anywhere that a cap is needed for the pool, and that in fact the hotel pool is a fitness center where ordinary people swim and practice, not hotel guests. They offer to buy a hat at the reception of this fitness club, 700 tenge. I did not buy it, because at that time there was a children's swimming training in the pool and there was nowhere to swim, and they let me into the sauna without a hat.

This is not the first time in this hotel.
In order:
1. The hotel "tired"... Starting from furniture and ending with periodically breaking door locks.
2. Parking and entrance are excellent.
3. Reception work on "4".
4. There are a lot of elevators, they work perfectly.
5. Breakfast on a solid "4". Delicious and assortment.
6. Swimming pool and gym "5+" (photos attached)
7. Near a shopping center and a cafe with good cuisine and a low check.
Would I recommend this hotel to my family? Yes.

The location of the hotel is basically good. Near the shopping center in walking distance. The way to the airport for the morning flight (to Moscow is 20-25 minutes to leave at 05:00 from the hotel is convenient. Because of this, I do not know what breakfast is in the hotel)
I will write separately about the rooms - spacious, the bed is large, the bathroom is also in order. But there is a minus, there is a toxic smell in the room (I've been to three different ones), in summer and autumn (a week ago) I slept with the balcony door open. It probably won't matter in winter. I stayed from 26 to 28 June 24. I lived in De luxe rooms for 100 euros per day.
The most terrible thing is the smell of chemicals ingrained in the carpet - it smells everywhere in the corridors, rooms. It is not possible to ventilate it.
Secondly, the air conditioning system is catastrophically unable to cope with air cooling. There are 3 air conditioning outlets in the room - the result is "0" - warm air is just chasing.
The third towel has been fringed, probably since it was opened in 2007. they have not been updated, and no one controls it.
A bathrobe with holes))
The upper shower, if you can call it that, has rusted and today it is a sieve with a hole on both sides)).
Cabinets with doors of the "coupe" type were forgotten when they were oiled - they creak and hang out
Otherwise, in two rooms, the room is generally fine - there are all bathroom accessories, tea, water
The elevators are working properly.

The tired hotel - simple furniture, tiles and plumbing in the room needs repair.
At the same time, the standard room is quite spacious (not small), the bed is quite normal in quality.
The room is clean. There is a kettle, individual sets of cosmetics.
Breakfasts are quite so-so normal. No frills, but there is a familiar minimum for hotels.
Colleagues living in other rooms complain about odors in the room (something like burnt wiring).
I don't have such problems in my room.
The room price is quite acceptable (relative to similar hotels nearby) - therefore, if you are not confused by the "fatigue" of the hotel, it is generally fine...
