The price/quality ratio is the best in the area. The key is the Corniche beach within walking distance (7-10 minutes on foot), there are many shops, shopping centers, transport stops nearby. The hotel itself is pleasant, the staff is adequate (thanks to Rachel from the reception). I lived on the 7th floor in a non-smoking deluxe room - there is a new renovation, all furniture and plumbing are in order. Towels, accessories, linen - no complaints. I booked online at a discount for 6200 rubles / night.

A good hotel, the reviews were mixed, but we did not see any critical disadvantages. The room was spacious, clean, and had a view of the city. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, there are many shops and cafes nearby. Breakfasts are also normal, quite varied. They didn't clean every day, though, and they couldn't get through to the laundry for 2 days. Otherwise, it's OK. The room was requested for non-smokers when booking, as the reviews were about the smell, as a result, sometimes it was in the corridor, everything is OK in the room. We didn't get to the pool)

I liked everything.
We checked in without waiting for 15.00.
The room is cozy, the view is beautiful.
We booked through booking with payment on the spot. In the comments to the booking, it was indicated that we were coming for a birthday - the hotel (the only one in the UAE) took this comment into account and the administrator Susan very nicely congratulated and presented a cake.
Union pay cards are accepted for payment.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof.
Among the disadvantages - the room was prepared for one guest, the shower was leaking.
