When choosing a hotel, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. Then we read a lot of reviews, among which there were many negative ones, but we decided to take a chance. And in the end, they didn't regret it at all. The sea is incredibly beautiful, the clearest water (but there are sea urchins, so we don't touch the bottom). The entrance to the water is from the pier, there is also an entrance from the beach, but it is practically not used because of the algae brought in and the high probability of stepping on a hedgehog. The view is very beautiful. Our room was not bad (we lived in the main building). The elevators often broke down, but they were quickly repaired. The food is delicious, especially the pizza that was served in the snack bar. One of the pools is about 2 m deep (we swam mostly in it). The territory is very beautiful and green. Dolmushi bus stop is next to the hotel, it's easy, fast and cheap to get to Kusadasi. The hotel is old and requires major repairs, but if you do not pay attention to the "cracked tiles" somewhere and look at the sea or the rock, it will not spoil the rest. In our opinion, the hotel fully justified the price we paid for it. We had a rest from June 16 to June 26, 2017. The water was cold, of course, so it's better to fly to this hotel and the region in July. We were vacationing with 2 adults + a child of 8 years old. We arrived at the hotel at about 12 o'clock at night, checked in quickly.

Elevators break down every two days. Air conditioners do not always cope with the heat in common spaces. There are a lot of empty places where you can arrange recreation areas. Furniture and plumbing are in need of repair, as are elevators and interiors. Queues at the bar. There are few descents into the water on the beach. The ones that are there should be fixed, they are unsafe. By evening, the sea is dirty, there is a lot of garbage. There is a lot of smoking in outdoor areas in restaurants and on the beach. There are no special smoking areas.
