Ну какие могут быть впечатления? Когда договариваешься о покупке фильтров к насосу для бассейна на вторник, а потом тебе сообщают, что фильтры задерживаются и будут в четверг. Потерял время, поэтому бассейн к сроку запустить не успею. Заказал в Перми у надежного поставщика, отправил транспортной сразу после оплаты. Надо либо не обещать, либо сразу предупреждать клиентов, что сроки могут отодвинуться
