I went to Vietnam in April 2026 with the Crystal Bay tour operator, I liked everything, I was met at the airport, put on a bus, checked into the beautiful Red Sun Hotel. There was a wonderful free tour. We also ordered a pleasure trip to the Merry Island from them. We were greeted by a wonderful guide, Cher, and thank you very much! We were also taken to the airport on time, I have no quarrels with the tour operator. Thank you very much!!

A company that absolutely does not think about its tourists, the staff (guides) with whom we had direct contact (as a tourist and tour operator) are as unfriendly, rude and not responsive as possible, the main task is to sell tours and that's it, the interest manifests itself and ends exactly there... a company that I do not recommend, and I will not use the services myself in the future. The elementary questions that I still have not received an answer to in a direct appeal, the answers are templates even without greeting. I recommend hiring people who are happy with their work, are ready to be useful to tourists, become a friend during the entire stay and just stay in touch... If the management of CrystalBay Tours reads this comment, please work with the employees, as they spoil the impression of your company's work.

This is the first time I've encountered such a company. Horror. The guide did not come to the meeting, she waited for more than an hour. Before departure, he did not even write that the flight was postponed three hours earlier. Generally an irresponsible person. I will never choose such a tour operator again.
