We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, during which time everything was good. English is spoken at the reception, only the guides were Russian-speaking. All questions were solved in broken English, they ordered a taxi through the administrators, ordered a transfer to the beach, changed the key card to the room, there were no comments to the reception. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m., we were immediately checked in, which we were very happy about. The photos of the rooms on the website correspond to reality. We cleaned up every day, changed towels, put 0.5 bottles of water. The room has a mini fridge, tea, coffee, kettle. Standard breakfasts: vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, olives, chopped olives), eggs in any form, pancakes, potatoes (either slices, or hash browns, or deep-fried sticks of mashed potatoes), sausages or small salads, dry breakfast, tea, coffee, 3 types of rolls, toasts. You won't stay hungry. Near the hotel there are local supermarkets, cafes with street food, the Mall of the Emirates, which has the French Mega market Carrefour and the alcohol store MMI, and a large area of all kinds of fast food. I recommend the hotel 100%, I would have returned without a doubt.
