The rooms are clean, the fourth floor has a very good cooling system (air conditioning), the floors below are less cool.
The food is very tasty, there are cuts, salads, first and second, a variety of juice, fruits and cakes. If you are a vegetarian, vegan or Muslim, you can choose a hearty meal (without meat, without animal products, without pork)

I will start with the hotel territory: it is small, there is no feeling of a "hotel", because everything is located very compactly. immediately at the entrance you get to the reception, on the left there are 2 dining areas (One is a buffet, the second is a cafe-bar. In the second, you can smoke and actively use this opportunity, be prepared for this). On the right hand there will be 2 elevators and a staircase leading to the rooms. This is where the main interior of the hotel ends. There is a passage to the outdoor "tanning and bathing" area from the stairs or along the street. The street passage also does not look like a "hotel", an ordinary sidewalk along the hotel parking lot. Outdoor area: 1 small swimming pool, maximum depth of 3 meters; 1 children's pool, it is under a canopy; a relaxation area at the bar under a canopy; a beach with a smooth entry into the sea (ebb and flow are significant), there was no shortage of sunbeds at all, perhaps this is due to the fact that we were in "out of season." The pool is open until sunset, but in fact somewhere until 20:00, the beach until 19:00. It is worth noting that in the evening Arabica swim in the pool (closer to 20:00) and they are allocated a separate track. There is animation, in general, OK. the GYM: there is, a minimum set is available there, if you really want to cover all the needs of an athlete, you can easily. The condition of the simulators: "doubtful, but okey." Conclusion about the hotel: if you want a seal vacation: wonderful, if you want a weekend more saturated with views and events, set a budget for excursions. Now I will tell you how to hold all the events as profitably as possible: do not take excursions from the hotel guide: prices are 20-40% higher than from the seller of excursions at the table at the entrance (Irina). For a safari in the bahamas, the hotel guide called the price $ 100 per person, Irina offered $ 60 per person. It was reasoned by "security and guarantees", in our opinion - fictitious arguments, all the same. Safari on the bugs: we advise you, we liked it, if you want to ride the ATV route faster, approach the main guide with this request, there is a high probability that you will be approved after the main program. (Who will go on this tour will understand everything from this information). IMPORTANT: there will be photographers with cameras, at the very end of the day they will come to you with a laptop on which they will take photos and offer a price. Be sure to bargain! About the rest of the excursions: we used the services of our guide friend, so it turned out to be very budget-friendly. For 2 days of excursions around Dubai by private car, go-karting, a couple of small trips to interesting places and good advice on where to buy branded items very cheaply, we paid a total of 25k rubles for two (1000 aed). We paid 11k rubles for one half-day excursion (safari in the bahamas). Also, on the last day, we had an eviction at 12:00, and the plane at 20:00. Therefore, our friend picked us up at 12:00 and we spent the whole day with her on a tour in Dubai. Many tourists later told that they paid $ 100 extra per room to these young ladies so that the room was either for smokers, or vice versa for non-smokers, or improved. The food is quite acceptable, without frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The restaurant itself is more like a canteen in the Zavodsky district. The restaurant service guys work very well, which cannot be said about the work of the young lady who "runs" the coffee machine at the bar - she barely moves))) constantly collecting a queue. The drinks are all of good quality. Having "all inclusive", there is no possibility to have a snack, except for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can only drink))) The pool bar and the beach also enjoyed the service. I liked the beach. But they lay it out if you catch it or find it. The tables are not cleaned. You can walk around with a plate for a long time and have nowhere to sit down. The pool is dirty, already green. The filters and pumps were not working. A really green swamp Beach- it was gorgeous, it became- dirt, garbage, a cat toilet. They do not sweep the sand from the deck chairs, the tables are never wiped. Garbage, algae. There were a lot of people, because the BM resort completely closed the beach. And the whole second hotel was in BM beach.Naturally, neither the hotel nor the staff is ready for such a large number of guests. In general, neglect and fall. Some Russian-speaking tourists, the All-inclusive system, so the management decided that it was enough for Russians to pour alcohol into dirty plastic cups. And that's enough! It's time for us to vote in rubles. Do not go to this homeless shelter, maybe after that the hotel management will reconsider its attitude towards guests and take action.

Good afternoon! We rested at the hotel from 03/16/24 to 03/28/24, me, mom and son. The impression of the hotel is ambiguous. We lived in room 136 on the ground floor. The room is old, but clean. Of the advantages, I would single out: a good sandy beach, friendly staff, monotonous food, but you won't stay hungry, good room cleaning.
Of the cons: lack of territory, nowhere to walk in the evening, the beach is closed in the evening, you can't even just sit in a shizlong to breathe the sea air, all-inclusive meals are actually breakfast + lunch + dinner and nothing else. But the most unpleasant thing is that we have an evening flight, and the room needs to be vacated before 12.00 (as everywhere else) and as soon as we went down with our suitcases to the reception, our bracelets were immediately cut off and they were not allowed to go to the restaurant for lunch, only at our own expense. Although this day is fully paid for. I did not expect that such a rich and not cheap country would save on a piece of bread for tourists.

Maintenance is a separate topic: the garbage was taken out every other day, towels are generally a PROBLEM!!! On the third day, they literally asked for three face towels, because there were no bath towels! The staff pretends Not to speak Russian if a problem arises… Drinks are fine, but drink glasses are, at best, just rinsed with water. There are a lot of cats on the territory and cats drink from sinks in which glasses are washed. The sea was magnificent and it saved from unkemptness and lack of comfort in general! A swimming pool with a smooth transition from 1 meter to 3 meters. There are always lifeguards on the tower on the beach and in the pool, who do not leave for a minute. In the evening, there is either a children's disco, or contests for adults and then a disco. There were always drinks in the bar - juices, water, sodas, alcohol. The rooms are cleaned every day.
