We went to the emergency room after a tick bite, but we couldn't completely remove it ourselves. We received an electronic queue, waited a bit and received medical help and recommendations for further actions. Emergency care for Russian citizens is provided without delay, many thanks to the medical staff!

Guys, there are traumatologists from God. Firstly, the doctors saw a fracture in the child even before the picture, and secondly, they had a very good attitude towards the child (they played when the child was crying, distracted her as much as they could). The nurses are super, always friendly, bandages were done carefully and quickly, answered all questions without irritation, with a smile. Special thanks to the radiologists, the child was not tortured , they took a picture quickly and adjusted to the child . My daughter spent a week in another emergency room , four doctors could not determine whether it was a fracture or a bruise , but there are really very competent specialists here . THANK you very much that there are still such workers in our medicine!

Special thanks to the traumatologist. At least once in a while you don't have to wait in line for a long time, BUT always an accurate diagnosis and the best medical care. Examination/ snapshot / cast / or certificate / and everything is fine!
