Question: why do you accept individuals in principle if they can sit in line all day? I came to change only $150. That's 2 minutes of time. And they couldn't accept me?! Funny.
In addition, there was a time interval of 3 minutes in the department, when the hall was empty, new people did not come. And when I asked why I was not accepted at the moment when the queue of sole proprietors and legal entities ended, the girl at the checkout told me that at that moment she was collecting money and putting things in order on the table))))
