Excellent location in the center of Marina, 10 minutes walk to metro (DMCC station) and tram, 15 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to Marina Mall, Carrefour supermarket. The hotel itself is clean, has everything you need, beautiful views from the window. Large safe, free tea/coffee, water, paid minibar. Good sound insulation. What pleased me was that they were allowed not to leave a deposit upon check-in. I liked the food - it's not very diverse, but everything is tasty and healthy enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool, it is small (about 15 meters) and shallow (from 0.9 to 1.5 meters), but there are usually few people there, you can relax.
Of the small disadvantages, except that the peculiar and rather heavy bathroom door.

Excellent business hotel 5*
Located in the center of the Dubai Marina pedestrian zone, a 10-minute walk to the sandy JBR beach. Metro, tram, bus, monorail are within walking distance. Great breakfasts. The staff is very helpful. There is a swimming pool, you can rent a beach bag and a towel. There is a line for drying clothes in the bathroom. Tea/coffee set, mini fridge, hair dryer, safe. 4 high-speed elevators, no queues

A lovely hotel located in the Marina's walking area. I recommend taking a high floor with a view of the Marina. (Although the guests said that from the city side, there is a good view).
There is a small pool on the 4th floor, there are several sun beds there: in the sun and under the roof, there is no view from the pool, this is of course a minus.
There are Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception.
The breakfasts are delicious, varied, European, and it's nice to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace overlooking the yachts and the canal.

I stayed at this hotel in Dubai and it was just a great experience! The hotel is located next to the Dubai Marina Mall, and the view from the window is simply gorgeous – mesmerizing! Everything is very cool – the hotel is modern, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I also won a room upgrade, which was a nice bonus! The accommodation turned out to be unforgettable, everything is at the highest level. I recommend it to everyone if you want to enjoy your vacation in Dubai!

Excellent location, sea 15 minutes., mall 1 minute. We took a room with a view of the canal - fantastic! In the morning, white yachts on turquoise water, in the evening, everything is the same in the lights - a rest for the eyes! Breakfast is all there: chicken, fish, pizza and focaccia are made with you, all kinds of omelets! The staff is super, everyone smiles and solves issues instantly! There are Russian-speaking staff. Cleaning at least 5 times a day! Water for free as much as you want. The rooms are all fresh and new! Beds can be drowned) Let's go back 100%

The location is perfect. The center of the Marina district. Everything is nearby - transport, shops, restaurants and even a beer shop :)
The beach is 15 minutes at a leisurely pace
The breakfasts are simply magical.

A great hotel, we recommend it. The beach is 10 minutes away, you can ask for a beach bag with towels in the pool, a very nice young man works there. And in general, the staff is friendly. There is a Russian-speaking girl Anastasia at the reception, who will take into account all your wishes when checking in. She checked us in as soon as we arrived, although there were 2 hours left before check-in. Breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant on the ground floor (more precisely, it seems to be considered floor G). For a buffet breakfast, there is a beautiful Russian-speaking girl, like her name is Nura. For dinner, there is a menu from which you can choose an appetizer, main course and dessert. The portions are huge and delicious. I recommend beef tenderloin separately. We were satisfied with our stay. We took a room with a view of the marina and did not regret it

In general, to stay a couple of nights, the hotel will do, but not for 25 thousand rubles/night. I chose it purely to come to sleep. Before this hotel I lived in Abu Dhabi in Jumeirah, this is of course heaven and earth.
Positive:
- Close to JBR and Bluewaters
- View of the Marina
- Not a bad breakfast
- There is a speaker from the TV in the bathroom, you can wash with music
Cons:
- Noise from the street, poor noise insulation in the room
- Spray a pungent fragrance in the corridors of the hotel
- In the main restaurant for breakfast, I saw a cockroach running along the wall
- The coffee at breakfast is tasteless
- There is a translucent partition to the toilet in the room, you can see a person sitting on the toilet
- Creaky and noisy bathroom door

The hotel is wonderful for its 5 stars! The location is just not better to find! There is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. The beach is across the bridge, literally 10 minutes away. The shopping center generally takes 2 minutes to walk along the boardwalk, and there are shops and restaurants. Another 2 minutes in the other direction and another supermarket, we liked it more, the prices are cheaper. The breakfast is varied European and for every taste, it seems I didn't even have time to try everything in 6 days))) The cleaning is good, but if you throw towels on the floor, they will change, but not like that. I didn't like that before the day of departure, when cleaning the room, neither water bottles were put on, nor tea was reported instead of the used one... I had to go to the reception for water. In principle, all our requests were fulfilled immediately, so there are no complaints! At sea, towels were given in a beautiful beach bag for painting. We always returned them, and I made sure they crossed them off the list. But still, when checking out at the reception, they began to ask about towels and a bag, whether we had returned it for sure, it can be seen that tourists often take a beautiful bag for themselves))) And what was very important for us, the eviction was allowed at 14 o'clock, because we had a late flight...

The hotel is lovely, the staff is well trained. There were Russian-speaking girls at the reception. Only once did we encounter the fact that a girl of Slavic appearance pretended that she did not understand Russian, but this did not spoil the impression. The food was great, they took breakfast and dinner, but dinner could be moved to lunch. The food is lunch and dinner as in the restaurant menu, enjoyed every day. Breakfast is a buffet, but there are different dishes for everyone. There is even a music column in the room, I have not seen this in other places. Well, plus the location and the view from the window.

Great hotel. There is a friendly Russian-speaking staff. We went to a meeting and replaced breakfast with a dry ration, as I was evicted at night. We also checked into a room with a view of the marina (more expensive) as a gift, although it was booked with a view of the city (the difference between the rooms is 100 CU). Excellent location - near a shopping center. I'm happy to stay there myself.

This is not the first time in Dubai. We stayed in more famous hotels. But I would like to recommend this hotel directly. Beautiful design of the rooms and other spaces. I was very pleased with the terrace for breakfast and dinner right above the Dubai Marina. Beauty both in the morning and in the evening! The kitchen is delicious, there is plenty to choose from. Excellent location the location of the hotel. And most importantly - wonderful service, friendly staff. On the downside, something is wrong with the program... and check-in and check-out take a long time.

I liked everything. The breakfasts are excellent. The service is super. The location is very convenient, the metro is nearby, tvamway too. It's not far to the sea. Only in early September, I do not recommend it, it is very hot, the air is under 40C, the sea is up to 35C. We went to the sea before sunrise from 5-30 to 7-30, up to a maximum of 8 hours, it is impossible later.

The hotel is 5*, for some reason it is displayed on the map as 2. But the Crowne plaza is only 5*. Excellent location, varied breakfasts, everything is there. A good SPA for an additional fee. The prices in the lobby bar are hotel prices, but you can also eat one hot dish. Risotto with mushrooms is a delight. The pool is small, but there is. However, the building opposite is right next to it, Windows to Windows. On weekdays, the restaurant has a business lunch. In addition to a hair dryer, there is also an ironing board with an iron in the room. The deposit was not asked upon check-in, but initially they said it was mandatory. We were pleasantly surprised.

A good hotel, its stars and the price is quite justified. To the beach 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Near Marina Pier. The staff is very attentive, all requests were fulfilled at once. I asked them to do the cleaning from 9 to 10 when I'm on the beach. I didn't cross paths with the maids anymore. I come, everything is clean, there is water, tea and coffee replenished - beauty. The breakfasts also suited me quite well. Fruits, juices, pastries, fish, sausages are delicious, all sorts of things are cooked from eggs. A strange story happened before leaving. I asked the front desk to call me a taxi to the airport. The day before, they told me that it would cost 100 dirhams. And they delegated me to some private cabman who requested 140 dirhams. I had 100 and some small change. I turned out all my pockets, there were 112. And he took me for 112 dirhams. No counter. Someone makes a good living. This is the only moment that slightly lubricated the rest.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Marina district. Excellent access to the promenade directly from the hotel. The staff is English and Russian speaking, which allows you to solve issues with a native speaker. We had a rest in January 2024. I really liked the hotel. The room for three is lovely, comfortable to stay in. We do not speak English, but we did not feel the need for the language, since Anastasia is at the reception, who helped us and supported us in all questions and problems. The breakfasts we ordered were delicious and varied. The chefs tried to please the tastes of any guest.
The beach and the streets for walking are not far from the hotel, so we rested and returned home satisfied with shopping. We recommend the hotel!
