The National Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Moldova in Chisinau is the cultural heart of the city, which is worth visiting for every art lover. The museum is located in the historic building of the former girls' gymnasium, built by architect Alexander Bernardazzi, and is an architectural monument with majestic interiors and spacious halls.

Part of the museum is renovated, very modern, bright. I especially liked the exhibition on the restoration of paintings and carpets on the top floor.
