For more than 30 minutes, the seller Tatiana could not fill out the application and as a result I had to fill it out with a pen. Reluctantly, he was accepted and the next day they said verbally by phone that their marriage specialists did not know what was wrong with him and only a paid examination at my expense could determine this. I.e., I must recoup their ignorance with another cost of the bracelet. Moreover, they did not provide any written decisions either later or when applying, only verbally everything. In writing, only information about the place of the paid examination . If you want to spend time, money and nerves, then this is a great place.
