Great hotel. I had a rest in May 2024. Nice, clean rooms. Consumables are changed every day. The staff responds very quickly to all requests. The buffet breakfast was very varied. The rooftop pool, proximity to the sea, the metro and the Marina area in general were very pleased. I was a little upset by the malfunction of the sauna. But overall, the impression is very positive.

I liked the hotel. Staff, cleanliness, amenities. Everything is at a good level. The location is very convenient. To the metro station 3-4 minutes on foot. The beach is 12-15 minutes walking distance. I didn't find any disadvantages. The breakfasts were delicious. There is a rooftop pool and free towels and sun loungers. Towels can also be taken to the beach for a deposit.
The internet in the room and in the lobby worked acceptably.
There are a couple of cafes nearby. There's a store across the street. If you walk a little around the corner towards the beach, there is a small Carrefour store.

A slag hotel, I don't understand at all why it doesn't have 2 stars!
We went in May 2024.
1. The most important thing is not to be fooled by the rooftop pool. The children's pool is 5 by 5 meters, a waist-deep puddle, no view from the roof (huge fans and other buildings)
2. Saunas are just village level on some farm. It is always turned off, turned on only after your request, in order to get into it, you need to wait 30 minutes until it warms up and after 30 minutes you come there and there it is barely 35 degrees, pour on the stones and zero sense, frozen in it.
3. A cockroach was killed in the room
4. There was no cold water to wash! Always warm, always heated (super especially in +40 heat)
5. there was 1 outlet for the entire room, it had a usb for charging the phone and it just didn't work 70% of the time, it didn't short out, it just didn't work as if it had a quiet hour, then in the evening, then in the afternoon, then in the morning.
6. several light bulbs did not work in the bathroom, they asked at the reception in all languages of the world, called them on the phone, asked them to call an electrician, an engineer to fix or change, they understood everything, passed everything but did not do a damn thing.
7. Their local pigeons and crows were constantly flying on the veranda during meals and stealing food and shitting everywhere.
8. The view from the window to another building and the blinds in the center of the window do not close until the end.
9. Flip-flops and bathrobes had to be asked. Towels were brought in different sizes and with different patterns.
10. throughout the beach area of the marina, there were 5 times more people than in Anapa at the height of the season, It was something and at the same time 95% of all seals were Pakistanis and Indians.

We rested at the hotel in January 2024 , the hotel is very well located, the beach is 10 minutes (from the hotel to the right)) the metro is also 7-10 minutes. Very convenient location of the hotel! 5-7 minutes walk to the metro, in the same radius there are a supermarket, pharmacies and small bars with food, and a wonderful smoothie! The standard breakfasts are modest, but we got used to it on the second day) and had a wonderful breakfast for the rest of the time. The mood was lifted by the feathered inhabitants of the terrace where we had breakfast and the waiters who communicated with them))To the beach 10-15 minutes on foot. We passed a little further, opposite the Sofitel, there are fewer people there. The sand is clean, the water is clean, transparent, schools of fish are swimming. We swam with great pleasure! The hotel provides beach towels and it would be even nicer if there were umbrellas. The Marina is also a few minutes walk away. All the most interesting and useful things in this area are within walking distance.We didn't go to the pool and spa, so I can't say anything about it. The rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen was changed every two days. They responded quickly to all requests, brought an iron, a board, water and so on. City hotel in the Marina area in Dubai ! Great location, lots of shops and cafes nearby, including inexpensive chain stores! It's not far to the bay! Great hotel. A very good location. Quite a blisko and a beach with a beautiful embankment and a view of the wheel of vision. There are also all kinds of water attractions. There is also a metro nearby (5 minutes) and a tram stop that will take you to the Palm Jumeirah monorail. Very close to the embankment of the artificial canal, where there are also many cafes and various pleasure boats. Karefor and Almaya grocery supermarkets are very close, there are also round-the-clock minimarkets (they are more expensive). The hotel itself has a cafe, 2 bars and a disco club, where locals come from everywhere and not only. Rooftop pool (12th floor in fact). There, towels are given out at the entrance or secured with a room key (an alternative of 100 dirhams) these towels can be taken to the beach. There is a magashchin on the reception floor, where for 35 dirhams (hereinafter D) you can rent an umbrella to the beach for the entire stay. In the same place, you can rent national clothes for women to visit the mosque if you go on an excursion. The food is excellent. Yes, there is no such variety as in Turkey or Egypt, but you can eat it all with great pleasure. Juices and cola are not chemical. The room is provided with bathrobes and soft slippers, which you use perfectly at home)). There is a shuttle service to the beach, but if you are not one-legged, it is easy and quick to get there yourself. There are rooms for milking smokers, but they are on the lower floors, and there is a disco. We lived on the 5th floor, only a closed bathroom door can remind us of music with its rattling, open a crack and everything is silence. A small live hack. On the top floor, where there is access to the pool and spa, there is a gym, there is a cooler with cold water. This is if you want to drink)) There is no Russian-speaking staff, but the seller in the store is Russian, and everything can be solved in bad English. Overall - a great hotel, I recommend. For living, evening walks in the best area of Dubai is the very thing.

Convenient location near the walking area, 5 minutes walk to the metro.

The restaurant staff and reception are polite guys. What we didn't like:
- there were constant problems with the toilet in the room, the washbasin was clogged. The shape of the toilet bowl in the toilet is interesting - round shape, inconvenient to use, as it turned out. There is no toilet cleaning brush.

The hotel is normal for its money. Of the advantages: they took only breakfasts, modestly but tasty (fried eggs, omelets, including those cooked with you, bacon, sausages, two types of yoghurts, three types of breakfast cereals, toasts, beans, fruits, vegetables, packaged juice, tea, instant coffee, sweets such as cakes, donuts, porridge). Also, a big plus at this price is relatively close to the public beach (when leaving the main entrance, you drive 200 meters to the right, turn right onto the bridge and in this direction you go to the beach 1.5 - 2 kilometers. Although the beach is public, it is quite well maintained, many lie on towels or on beach mats (I recommend buying houses in advance everything is very expensive here). Also a big plus is the friendly staff of the hotel. Our room was clean and cleaned every day. But the hotel itself is worn out: the safe was replaced in our room, as it broke, the shower head was repaired, there were no Russian channels on the TV, a lone wire dangles in the elevator in the place where the scoreboard with the floors is highlighted. But there are still more advantages. And one of the most important is the location near the beach, near the metro station, near the marina mall (you can change money there and buy food in the store), next to the marina itself, where there are beautiful views and it's nice to walk.

Of the fat cons - the hotel is "tired", in need of repair, in our room 618 in the bathroom there was always water on the floor from a leak, most likely they knew, but pretended and sent an "engineer" three times to our requests, who could not eliminate anything, the interplate seams in the bathroom are bare, the carpet is 6 it stinks strangely (I remembered the episode with the dead prostitute in the room from the comedy "4 rooms").
There is a rooftop pool with fresh water and sun beds with free towels, but there is such a noise from the ventilation system and the smell of fried oil from the cafe located right there, that the pleasure is very dubious.
Among the advantages are the work of the staff, the quality and assortment of food, the location to the sea (the beach is 15 minutes away, but it is public - with all the consequences, hotels in this area do not have their own beaches)

Super hotel, the second coastline, I liked everything from ressepsh, for the attentive attitude to the restaurant, delicious varied food, the room is chic, big, cleaned every day and changed the bed and towel too, "smart" air conditioning, in which there is no flow of cold air on you, it is distributed in the room gradually. I liked the hotel, we rested from December 18 to 27, 2022, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean, spacious, the view was on the Marina, the breakfasts were normal, and the dinners were beyond praise. There was a broken cup in the room - they immediately changed it, asked for slippers - they brought it, the hair dryer was wrapped with tape-they replaced the hair dryer with a brand new one, so no problems! There were some problems with the water, at first it was cold, then hot, but then they adapted, they took a shower every day. The only place where there was no attention was on my birthday, my friend and I had two birthdays these days, it would be nice to get some kind of bonus, for example, a cake)) but alas. And the rest of the hotel is good, I recommend it.

I was with my wife on November 4-16, 2023. We took a tour from Fun&Sun. I liked everything very much. In order :
Hotel. About an hour's drive from the airport, taking into account the stops for disembarking tourists. We arrived at 9 a.m., and check—in at 14.00. No problem - they showed us where to change clothes, leave things, issued a room at the reception, took a $ 48 tourist fee, because there were no dirhams, and we went for a walk to the beach and further. We returned at 12.00 and were immediately settled on the 7th floor. We asked for it because we had read about the noise from the disco on the ground floor. The room with a view of the city is very decent. The room has everything for a normal life, only the TV channels are all Arabic, one TNT is ours. Yes, the air conditioner is set to 20 degrees and is not regulated by a smart home, I had to turn it off. Not critical. On the ground floor there is a cozy shop where a nice girl Svetlana works, from whom we rented an umbrella for 11 days for twice as much as it costs in a nearby store. Svetlana helped us a lot by giving advice as a local old-timer. She is in the store every day and goes out into the hall. She is very friendly and welcoming. The dining room on the ground floor has a wide variety of food and very good pastries, a separate cook prepares omelets and scrambled eggs outside, waiters pour coffee and tea at the first call. Friendly manager at the entrance to the dining room. In general, the entire staff is friendly, helpful and calm. On the 9th floor there is a sauna and a swimming pool with a stunning view of the surrounding area, open until 23.00. Towels are given there for free and to the beach too, only secured by a room card.
Neighbourhood. The metro is exactly a 7-minute walk away. The red branch. To Deira 7.5 dirhams, 1 hour drive, to Burj Khalifa 5 dirhams, 30 min. drive to Mall of Emirates 3.5 dirhams, 15 min. the ride. Take the silver metro card right away. Easy to top up.
Jumeirah Beach is a 10-minute walk across the bridge with a stunning view of the Marina. On the beach, you need to go to the right to the landmark edge of the water trampoline for children — there are fewer people there. If you decide to swim to the trampoline, be careful — the rubber bottom is covered with torn shells and you can cut yourself badly.
From the beach you can go to the island. There are very beautiful views and there is a Madame Tussauds museum. 7.5 thousand rubles for two people.
There is a cool restaurant opposite the hotel. To eat for two from the belly from 70 to 90 dirhams (1750-2000 rubles.)
Nearby, 100 meters away is a 24—hour grocery store like our Magnet with awesome juices.
Well, Marina herself. The promenade is up to 3.5 km past the Marina Mall, a bunch of cafes, yacht clubs, etc.

I rested here in the 20th of July. Four stars for: location, for responsive staff, for giving out water every day without any problems (on request), a comfortable bed, a good blanket, normal pillows like I got enough sleep :) Of the minuses: the water flowed from under the bath after taking a shower, everything was already tired in places, the breakfasts were monotonous, but I ate enough if someone ate from the guests did not clean the crumbs after the others, dirty tables / dishes came across dirty… The hotel is most likely for 3+
But the location is just perfect, it is convenient to get to any place, including the beach on foot 10-15 minutes. There are three supermarkets nearby 24 hours. In general, to get acquainted with the Emirate of Dubai for the first time is a normal hotel, I can recommend it, but again for the location!
And, the pool is not cooled and the tap water is always warm / hot flowed, it's hot outside, the sea is warm, it was hard in places that you can't cool down anywhere, only under the air conditioner))

Disgusting hotel! Do not be tempted by its low cost (compared to the nearest neighbors). I was placed on the 2nd floor (even formally the 3rd) the total number of floors of the building is 9, there are 5(!) night establishments on the first 3 floors and until 4 am, regardless of your desire, you will participate in their events. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30, the main ingredients are paraffin cheeses and croissants with buns, and, yes, sausages, more like kakuli. Russian Russian is not understood by anyone, despite the fact that the majority of tourists in the hotel are Russians; one day I had lunch alone in the hall, there were six waiters in it, no one offered tea/coffee... I had to go to the counter for them. Beach towels are provided on the roof. You take the elevator to the roof, get a towel and go down, go to the beach.
Room: spacious, there is practically no cold water - I washed with boiling water in 40 degree heat; the shower is without a gasket, it leaks; there is no toothpaste; the fan barely blows with a corrugated duct; the air conditioner on the wall remote is not regulated (fortunately there is a stationary remote on the bedside table); the TV is useless - Arabic and Indian channels.
Attention: there are English sockets in the room, a deposit of 30 AED is charged for the issuance of an adapter!
Internet only in the room. There is no one outside of it. Neither in the restaurant, nor in the pool.

The hotel is old, the furniture is tired, the carpet smells, but the staff is wonderful, responds quickly to all requests daily cleaning, the location is excellent, the metro, bus, tram, Marina Mall and JBR beach are close. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the Marina.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to metro, DMCC station and Dubai Marina . Breakfasts are well , but right in front of an inexpensive cafe with a wide variety of dishes . There is a swimming pool on the roof

One of the advantages is the location.
Of the cons, there are many of them - an old air conditioner freezer, which must be turned off every time so as not to catch a cold, the bath is leaking; wi-Fi was turned off 1 hour before the time of eviction and the door was blocked (caused inconvenience) . They didn't give out dirty carpet and slippers in the room, they wore their own flip-flops. I had to ask for an iron - they just gave me the oldest one.
The rooftop pool has warm water and a cool view, but it's cold to go out (in March) - there are no bathrobes and cabins to quickly change clothes. One of the advantages is that the water was regularly put in the room and the shampoo is cool. The buffet is a little poor. I was in the same star rating at a hotel in Dubai six months ago - it was much tastier and more diverse (and overall the service is better). There is no coffee, it is impossible to drink. Among the advantages of the table are fruits and pastries. Meat and cheese cuts are of very low quality, porridge is like broth. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel next time.
