We rested from 12.06.2023 to 23.06.2023. I didn't like the hotel. It started with the fact that a child from 0 to 11 years old sleeps with his parents. This is a hotel concept that the tour operator Scarlet Sails knew nothing about. Sleeping on a 130-bed threesome is unpleasant Even on 2 beds. As a result, everyone in hotels in a similar situation shifts the beds and so "sleep comfortably". A towel is not allowed on the child either. Every day you need to go and ask for 3 sets. The rooms are not cleaned. It takes a lot of effort to make this happen. Shampoo, gel -one jar for everyone on the first day. Enough. We had our own, but such bullying is not pleasant. Water in the bar and restaurant. You have to sign for every bottle in the bar. Sign for towels.... In general, the service and cleaning is not a 4* hotel. A hotel on the Gulf of Oman. There is no breakwater. We were lucky - we observed an earthquake in the Indian Ocean. The waves knocked out the tiles near the pool. The pool didn't work for 3 days, and then it was repaired - the tiles were cut, laid, and the tiny space by the pool was blocked. Everything for a comfortable stay! And the sea was terrible. Dirt, bags, paper all 10 days. The food in the restaurant is good if there are no stomach problems. Everything is very spicy, from a distance it resembles Indian cuisine. Instant coffee and a tea bag on a vat are terrible. A child of 11 years old is bored in a hotel. We were in the UAE for the first time, and unfortunately, a very unsuccessful one. I can't recommend a hotel even in a budget version.

And now imagine for a second that all this territory is closed at 21:00, and they close the whistle on the shutter, like in a cowshed and the lock is still on top))) A man walks around and drives everyone out with a whistle, like sheep. What you will do after 21:00, especially with children, is your problem))). Only the hotel building itself remains open, with the condition that there is nowhere to go to the city. The maintenance staff automatically serves, silently with frostbitten faces. They answer boldly, almost everyone. On the beach, you need to take a chaise longue at 7 am, despite the fact that this "paddock", which is closed at 21:00 with access to the entire territory and including the beach, is opened at 7:00, there is a queue literally at this time to go to the beach. Maids don't understand what they're doing at all. Children's soft large toys were lying on the pastels, they were collected together with the bed and taken away. The girl in the kids' club talks as if you owe her something, is late periodically for half an hour in the morning to open the club. In the hotel, no one cares about anything at all. In the room, even the window does not open, the windows are deaf, there is nothing to breathe. For the first time, we see exactly what the lack of service on a normal infrastructure looks like. I am sure that most of the reviews are written by employees. It can't be that no one has written about important flaws. The case when the infrastructure is normal, but the hotel management is just a wild horror. We have never sent our clients here in our lives, thank God, and we will not send them here in our lives. The last day we are here, losing money we leave, I wish the last two days were not here. People are all outraged by the same moments, little wanting to return a second time.

There is nothing much to see near the hotel, there is a waterfall and an amphitheater nearby. The food and rooms are good (it's better to take everything included if with a child), the nearest cafe is probably 20 minutes away, we didn't eat there opposite kfc, but the room is small and does not particularly inspire confidence. The store is nearby at the gas station, there is a lot of everything, or you can walk for 15 minutes and there will be a large supermarket, prices are 1.5-2 times higher than Moscow somewhere. In general, we liked it, because there was a program just to relax, without trips and excursions. Excursions are expensive, put it in the budget if you plan.

Vacationed with my wife at this hotel in April 2022. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The number of rooms is not large, which brings with it a number of advantages - there will be no battles for sun beds by the sea / pool, nor expectations of a free table in a restaurant. The hotel itself and its territory have the most quiet and peaceful rest. There is no loud music by the pool, no discos in the evenings, only the noise of the sea and quiet music in the background. There are no other hotels within a radius of several kilometers, which adds to the feeling of isolation and silence.
They feed very decently and especially bother with delicious desserts.
Of the minuses, I can only highlight the rather small territory of the hotel and the absence of any outdoor places where you could spend time in the evening. Also, in the presence of a soft all-inclusive model, the vast majority of the most attractive drinks and snacks remain for money and honestly, there is no sense of overpaying for "all inclusive" there. This moment looks ill-conceived.
It is for these reasons that it is not 5, but 4 stars.
I also note that the hotel has free and decent WiFi, taxi service, diving center, water entertainment center and a 20-minute walk, a very cool park with cafes and shops.
Separately, I would like to note for those who like to drink beer at dinner that there is a ban on the sale and drinking of alcohol in public places in the whole emirate of Sharjah, so you will not find any alcohol except brought with you and drunk in the room, either in the hotel, in local restaurants, or in the whole emirate.
And so for the rest, thanks to all the staff and the hotel in particular. In April, the sea is surprisingly warm and the pool is even warmer.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet and almost sanatorium vacation, only on the beach of the Arab Emirates.

Disgusting hotel!
Rested in April 2023. Number 415. The room is tired, but this is the smallest trouble. We are not picky in this regard. There is no balcony in the room and the window does not open! It was a shock for us ! Smoking is probably fashionable in the rooms and is this the strictest emirate ??there was a constant smell of tobacco smoke in our wing , the smell from the ventilation was coming into the room ! I repeatedly informed the hotel staff, raised my shoulders and offered to make a refresh! What the hell? Sprinkle with freshener that is ! After the third complaint, they still opened the window, because they refused to change the number! After the window, we finally breathed! So ask persistently to open the window, it's a lie that the window doesn't open!
Next, I would like to say a few words about the restaurant: the food is good and tasty, but not diverse. Repels the other ! You come for lunch and dinner - you can 't go there on half of the tables with plaques that honor you ! At the same time, often no one comes to these tables for the entire time. You can reserve a table for free (we asked the Russian-speaking hostess at the entrance to the restaurant, booked a couple of times - they didn't take money from us, so don't hesitate).
Arabs often have dinner, they have a completely different attitude to them than to Russian tourists, but this has already been written about. They also cook better for them.
The room is given 2 bottles per day of 0.5 when cleaning the room , and you can also take 2 bottles of 0.5 or one 1.5 liters by the pool . Take one big one! You will not be given more regardless of the number of people staying in the room ! There were 4 of us ! Both we and the Asif guide swore , it was useless ! No more water was given! And it's called Ol incl!
There is no entertainment, a waterfall, an amphitheater that you can only look at. The nearest hyper is 2 km.
All the staff are Hindus, Pakistanis, the local population is mostly the same.
The sea is beautiful , warm . The beach is also fenced with VIP places for locals with a red ribbon.
The cleaning was good . Loxitan shower accessories were pleasantly surprised. But they also put one set daily for 4 people.
The Emirates are beautiful, they made a big mistake with the hotel! I don't recommend it

Russian Russian is a non-alcoholic emirate of Sharjah, there are a lot of Russians in the hotel (75%), but the staff stubbornly does not want to know Russian, even the waiters try to speak broken Russian, but there is no way to speak English, only English, the territory is small, the pool is also small, the ocean helps out, the water is warm, there is a port nearby, there are a lot of ships in the distance, with a small storm, it brings a lot of dirt, but nothing, everything was tolerable. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00, at first we were told that we had to wait until 13:00, but we checked in quickly, after half an hour, we got a nice, large room with a view of the city (KFC) and a second window on the sea, the room had everything you needed (safe, hairdryer, toiletries, kettle tea, coffee, sugar, milk, slippers, iron, ironing board, etc.), we had breakfast and dinner, it was quite enough, we were not hungry, it makes no sense to take "all inclusive", the "all inclusive" system includes lunch and drinks (sprite, fanta, cola). There is a gas station nearby, there is a shop, quite reasonable prices, ice cream from 2 dirhams, chips a large pack of 8 d., drinks were also not very expensive, there is a KFC, pizza, burger, amphitheater, waterfall opposite the hotel, if you go further than the waterfall, about 2 km, there will be shops, pharmacies. Separately, I want to say about the rules of swimming in the pool, you can't swim there in a T-shirt, pareo or even in some kind of cape, only in special bathing clothes, therefore, I advise you to buy in advance at home, it will be expensive here or you won't be able to find it at all, watching rescuers don't want to understand that you or your child burned, especially there was one nasty lifeguard, found fault with the case and without, spoiled the mood a little, it was good that you could swim in anything at sea. Room cleaning takes place at different times, from 12.00 to 17.00, without any frills, but they give everything, replenish gels, air conditioners, paper, water, change bed linen and towels, the food, as I said, is not particularly diverse, a little spicy, but you will not stay hungry. In general, a solid four.

Not for the first time in this hotel - checked in immediately upon arrival, at 09:30 instead of 15:00. The staff is polite, attentive, help with any request. The beach is perfectly clean, the paths are swept every hour, the sunbeds are leveled twice a day. The only disadvantage (it does NOT depend on the hotel) is the repair of the embankment, it is impossible to pass.

A good hotel in its category. It is popular with vacationers with children. For children there is a mini club, a children's pool with a sun tent, a small playground.
A large pool with variable depth, children can splash in shallow water.
The food is good, without frills, at the level of 4 stars. Drinks only at breakfast, lunch and dinner drinks are included only if you have All Inclusive.
I recommend taking just such a meal or Full Board (FB), because there are no restaurants or eateries nearby, except KFC. You will not receive alcoholic beverages at the hotel with any type of food - they are prohibited in Sharjah. It is the strictest emirate in the UAE.
The beach is sandy, with a gentle entrance and a good bottom. After sailing away, you can admire the inhabitants of the coral (take a mask and fins). There are always enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone.
There is a gas station near the hotel, where you can buy ice cream, water, chocolate snacks, tea and coffee, and even souvenirs and beach accessories in the shop. They even accepted dollars for payment.
In the hotel itself, you will be exchanged dollars or euros for dirhams, but the exchange rate will not be in your favor. It is very far to go to the nearest exchanger, so take care of the exchange in advance.
There are no shops for shopping near the hotel, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest one. It is better to take a taxi to the shopping center.
The rooms have a minibar with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, tea utensils.
In general, a nice quiet hotel for families with children.
