There is a cafe with a similar name in Atyrau. They cook such cool dumplings with potatoes there. Maybe it makes sense for the cook of Aktobe Farm to get acquainted with the recipe for cooking Atyrau dumplings. And one more thing: raw borscht cabbage crunches right on your teeth. I'm not a cook, but my wife says all the time that borscht is especially delicious when it's been standing for a while. Here, in my opinion, they are brought with fervor from the heat.
