I sincerely regret that today I applied for the purchase of a SIM card at the Hello communication salon on Golubka 2. For about an hour, waiting for the Internet to work. The employees were in no hurry to solve this problem and had to call the Hello office themselves and write to the support center. After installing the long-awaited SIM card, the staff did not warn that it would be blocked and had to contact the support service again for help in connecting. I have an unpleasant impression of visiting the salon.

Сам магазин не плохой! Но обслуживание просто ужасное! Парни очень грубые и медлительные, ничего не знают про то что продают, смотрят информацию в интернете! Короче, больше туда не ногой, лучше бы поучились обслуживанию в 5 элементе!
