Great, it's a rare assessment for a hotel I've been to. The first thing that was needed was food, namely breakfast always, and a choice of lunch / dinner. There are 3 cafes on site. On the G-floor there is a buffet breakfast with a fairly wide selection, and an omelette to order with various additives, and coffee machines. But the buffet hall is closed for lunch/dinner and you can choose dishes from the business lunch menu. They do not cook quickly, so half an hour for a 3-course lunch should definitely be laid. And the drinks are only water. On the 1st floor there is a cafe with a grill, and a buffet for lunch/ dinner, where you can definitely find food and drinks to your taste. On the other hand, there is a bar in which there is a pleasant atmosphere for eating and drinking outside in the evening, but the comfort is spoiled by heat and dust + noise from huge mobile air conditioners. I was especially pleased with the outdoor pool, because it is really huge and cool, which is important in hot weather. There are always free sun beds, there is a shower and towels. The Burj Khalifa high-rise is actually visible from the pool, but during the show it glows from the side, and it is not visible from the pool. The room, the shower, the pool and generally everywhere in the hotel is very clean and modern. They clean up every day. They try to adhere to the "sustainable development" system. It is convenient that the hotel's branded application is on the TV, you can view overview information about the hotel. There are also several ways to connect a phone to transfer an image from it to a large screen and watch whatever you want. There are doormen on the street who try to help, and drive the car to the parking lot if necessary, and offer their own transport for money instead of a taxi. But it's really cheaper by taxi, and it arrives quickly. There is also a shuttle service to various places in Dubai. If I were them, I would add delivery to Blue Waters, because it's a long walk to the subway (the navigator says about 40 minutes). But there is a delivery to the palm tree to a partner hotel, which has sun beds on the beach under umbrellas and access to pools and showers. You can also get back by bus, which brings a new batch of vacationers. There are several small food shops near the hotel, and a pharmacy is a 15-minute walk away. There is nothing else interesting nearby, because it is located away from the metro and the beach area. But it's a huge plus that you can get to the airport in 10 minutes by taxi. All reception staff speak English, and are sympathetic to the fact that customers' language level may be quite low. Upon check-in, they may ask for a deposit of 100 dirhams for each night (it is written on the booking), but in fact they did not ask. But they charged 75 dirhams for an early check-in and you can sleep without waiting for 15 hours. Meals can be paid at the reception if they are not included in the room rental. The Internet works great in common areas and in the room. All the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to the short Asian girl for her special positivity, attention and memory (she remembers which room I'm from and especially welcomes me at the cafe counter on the 1st floor).

A good hotel, when you realize the discounts there (they spend them regularly). I chose because of the location, and I didn't use other services, but there is access to the beach, a shuttle to the beach and, I think, the Dubai mall, but I need to make an appointment in advance, a very nice pool, and discounts for guests at restaurants located on site.

The rooms are large. The refrigerator didn't work, they replaced it right away, but it didn't work either(. There are problems with the number of deck chairs on the pool, they are sorely lacking. In 5 days, I was able to find it once at 17.00. Starting at 9.00, everything is busy! The cleaning is not bad, sometimes the water is forgotten. Dinners are very boring (according to the breakfast/dinner system). For dinner, salad, hot rice, potatoes, fish, chicken curry, beef with pepper, chickpeas - that's it! There are also waiters who take the phones from the guests and write reviews for themselves. Just like in business Egyptian hotels. Sometimes there's a nice, smiling guy at the bar - he's great, he'll always help. I was also struck by the paid ice. We were asked to bring it to the room, because the restaurant refused to give us a glass of ice, and they charged us for the ice. The 4 Star Hotel
