They contacted this "intermediary" on their own. The contract was signed in November 2024 for the installation of a station in a private house based on water analysis. As a result, it is required to remove hardness, iron and manganese. In December, a compact station was installed and installed.
And everything. The station is essentially not working. Removes manganese and iron, and based on repeated analysis, the hardness remains.
Aerators are clogged up again, plumbing raids.
They informed me that the master had arrived and nothing further.
The employees are not doing anything. They allegedly ask the factory to recognize the guarantee. And again, silence.
We have sent a claim for the elimination of deficiencies.
Another master arrived and said that there were no seals in the flask for stiffness. I confirmed that the problem is with the station.
It is impossible to disconnect the station, as the master did not take into account additional taps during installation. The whole system works through the station, that's the only way.
And again they have a request for a factory. Waiting again.
We have an agreement with you, with the Terva company!
Change the station and then deal with the factory yourself.
After 10 days from the date of the claim, we will act in the legal field.

Hello everyone! I decided to leave a review about this campaign. Our family found out about its existence at the Slavyansky Bazaar in 2024. In the Back there was an advertising table from this company with its representative. A very contact person, told us about the pros and cons of this company, the preliminary prices satisfied us, he gave us an advertising booklet with phone numbers. If anyone wants to contact them, I immediately warn you that it is almost impossible to get through there, either they are busy all the time or they do not answer. But! We got through! They explained their question, they told us that they had recorded us and would call us back the day before, as they would need to take the water for analysis! At the same time, they did not ask for a name or a phone number to contact us...As expected, no one contacted us... We tried to call ourselves on Friday during business hours (from 9.00 to 18.00, as indicated on the website), no one answers. So the question is-is the installation of the station and its maintenance at the same level and contact as the preliminary agreements and consultations? I really wanted to apply to this campaign after advertising on the stand during the Slavic base, but... Be prepared for questions...You will not receive any attention or contact from this organization. Therefore, we are looking in our city..
