The room was clean, wide, staff were friendly, polite, restaurant service was great, beach was also good enough, unfortunately due to time limit I had no chance to try other services. No doubt, I would like to book this hotel again

A small cozy hotel is actually part of a hotel and shopping complex. The external architectural embodiment of the complex as a whole is impressive in the form of two-storey buildings separated by canals and connected by bridges. A boat runs along the canals, which drives those who wish for a modest fee. It looks especially picturesque at sunset or after it, when the illumination turns on. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious, overlooking the bay and the hotel grounds, the beds are large and comfortable. The room has everything you need, including bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a kettle, in general, quite a standard set. It's funny that the bathroom has a speaker system. That is, during the toilet procedures, you will be solemnly accompanied by the sound of the TV from the room) on nutrition - we took breakfasts and dinners. Everything is quite decent. The dinners are themed. Seafood almost every day. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Drinks except water at dinners are available for a fee. About the pool. Small, but cozy, cooled, hidden from prying eyes (only guests whose Windows overlook this pool can see it). Comfortable sun beds, soft towels, large umbrellas from the sun, it is especially pleasant that everyone is brought a thermocontainer with ice and cold bottled water. There is a bar nearby for those who are determined to have fun and there is not enough water for this) there is a beach with sun beds - clean and spacious, but the bay in summer is not a separate kind of pleasure for everyone. Such bathing will be appreciated only by tourists who have turned off the hot water at home and all they dream about is taking a hot relaxing bath) about transport. We did not use public transport. There are always several taxi cars at the hotel. The prices are quite humane. Overall, the hotel and the staff left a very pleasant impression

Very good staff.I especially liked the cook - he came out and recommended what to try.Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast.There are often themed dinners - seafood (mussels, squid, crabs, all kinds of fish) - very tasty! The number of dishes is not like in Turkey, but everything is gorgeous. The hotel is located on a canal (there is no open sea), on the beach they immediately give a refrigerator with water - RESPECT! Very cool!The sun beds are different - there are completely closed from the sun.The biggest plus is the intimacy, everyone knows each other, no one else.

Nice hotel, clean, bright, cozy. There are air conditioners everywhere, pleasant service, its own beach and pool, the staff is polite and helpful, everyone knows English, prompts, escorts, etc. the food is European, there is Arabic, everything is delicious, but expensive, it is much cheaper to dine in the city. Also keep in mind that the pool and the beach close at 7 pm (after dark), you will not swim at night

Among the disadvantages are a very weak hair dryer, lack of mosquito repellent treatment, a ban on swimming on your own beach from 04/26/2024. and the unfortunate location of the shower on the beach (far from the sun loungers and right next to the open terrace where guests have breakfast). There is a free shuttle service and access to the Soul Beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, shower and toilet. It takes about 40 minutes to drive with check-in to other hotels. Beaches are closed in all city hotels! It's too bad that the tour operator does not have this information!

Not a bad four in principle, but, as always, there is but ... The room was large and clean, however, they gave 1 bathrobe and 1 slippers for three :) I had to ask separately. Towels are also given little:(they took an improved room, of course, there was no view from the window, but the side was not sunny at all, so it wasn't hot, but it was bad that you couldn't open the window, there wasn't enough air, of course. The mattress is comfortable, but the pillows need to be dried, they are heavy as a stone. There is plenty of water everywhere. For dinner, only water is free, in the morning there is orange juice, you can squeeze it yourself, there is such a large juicer like a cupboard. I'm a coffee lover, they don't brew it well here, everywhere. Coffee machines were constantly breaking down at breakfast:(and this is a real problem. The trouble is with the kitchen, for example, in Rotan on Yas Island, breakfasts are for 5, there are 3 here, there is no cottage cheese, no yogurt, flakes are tasteless, pancakes are always cold, there are no porridges, but a lot of things that you don't really eat in the morning: rice with vegetables, eggs float in tomato paste, something else it's mixed, it looks like Mexican-Indian cuisine, well, you can say it's delicious, but we don't eat this in the morning, and in principle we don't eat! In the evening, the kitchen is the same: tacos, chips, rice, and something mixed with meat:(something is lying on a kind of pizza, but it is terribly not tasty! But in principle, everything is not delicious:(except for puff pastry baking, well, it's hard to spoil it :) although it happens, I wrote about Movenpik in Baku, so the croissants there were inedible for all 4 days: bitter and old! The baking is better here. The room service is bad:(you order food to the room through their app and dancing with tambourines begins: calls, confusion, they will bring nuggets, they did not bring French fries, although it comes in the kit, they confused a children's burger with an adult and had to pay extra, although there was their mistake, but they were going to take it away, and cooking time About an hour!!! In general, constant nerves:) a lot of staff speaks English poorly, they speak, but with such an accent that it is difficult to understand at all! There is a Russian-speaking hostess Karim, he is alone, we talked to him once upon arrival, in principle, friendly! The beach is small, but clean, the sand is white, the sea is not particularly clean and in this place the bay is narrow, you can't see your feet in the water up to your waist, it's about the transparency of the water, the towels are good: large without stains and surprises, comfortable sun beds with mattresses. They give water a liter per person, put it in a mini fridge, so the water is cool! Yes, the hotel's pool is a misunderstanding, as is the gym- don't count on them too much, they are very small and not serious! That seems to be it! I'm sorry if I offended someone's feelings! But I think that reviews should be complete and truthful so that people can navigate!

The location is far from the center and entertainment, but the first line and a great beach make up for it!

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Its own sandy beach with comfortable sun beds, huge free towels, bottled water. The service is at the highest level. The kitchen is somewhat monotonous, there are very few seafood, everything on the grill is constantly over-dried (fish, meat, etc.). But watermelons, melons, pineapples, apples and pears are constantly there. There are always Asian dishes. There are no Russian channels at all. There is a shop, pharmacy, restaurants nearby.

The view from the window is not on the sea, but on the wall. There was no balcony in the room. They didn't even give me a toothbrush. The breakfast is average. There is no parking either. There is a car parking service, but they do not take any responsibility on themselves. So it's at your own risk. Next time I will stay at Shangri La, as the location is the same, but the service is better.

I put 4+, due to the distance of the hotel from civilization. Its own territory and the beach is a bomb....but it's good to relax there, like in an oasis, it's problematic to get out of it by taxi. Especially by bus. Breakfast is beyond praise. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is everything for living, except coffee. Coffee for breakfast was not admired. Buy at a starbucks near the hotel. We had a rest in May 2024. The beach was closed, as were other beaches around. But we were not upset, and we were even glad - because we provided a transfer to the beach of Sadiyat Island, and it was amazing. In general, I can put a solid 4 for the hotel . The room is large and spacious. We took half board - breakfast and dinner and it turned out to be the most reasonable for this hotel, because there is not much place to go to eat (only a couple of places) and it's not really great to take a taxi somewhere every day.
According to the breakfasts and dinners themselves, you can also rate them as "good" - there is a choice, there are juices for breakfast (there is freshly squeezed orange), pastries, pancakes, omelets, vegetables, etc. The
hotel is generally good, I rate the services and work of the staff as "excellent". In general, summarizing: the hotel itself is good, I advise you to take half board if you will be there for more than a week, find out about the beach (if it has not opened, then you will have to go to another place) and understand that it is located more or less far from the center.

They didn't help with the suitcases at the entrance and exit — minus a star. Everything else is ok. Especially considering that the hotel got free at a transit stop from Etihad Airlines.

The hotel is 4 stars. But not looking at it has a number of advantages. 1. Almost the only hotel in Abu Dhabi with its own beach. 2. Very tasty food. Not only in the restaurant, but also on the buffet. Well-trained staff. Everyone is smiling and ready to help at any second. The staff is mostly Hindus and Pakistanis, but I had an Uzbek woman who knows Russian perfectly.))

There is a peculiar smell in room 113, most likely from furniture or a palace
The staff is very friendly, but on the fourth day of our stay we did not clean the room, which is a minus.

We took this hotel for 2 days while waiting for our room in the neighboring Fairmont, as we arrived 2 days earlier.
We got a room upgrade for free, thank you so much for that! The room was spacious with a balcony and a view of the city.
If it's important to someone, then you can hear the call to prayer from the mosques that are next to the hotel, we woke up around 4.20 am, but honestly it didn't bother)
Breakfast was great, freshly squeezed juice is top!
They could not evaluate the beach, since after the great flood in the UAE, all the beaches of the hotels along the canal were closed.
We used the pool, not bad, but shallow, and it is advisable to take a sunbed for up to 10 hours, then it is difficult, maybe because of the closed beach.
They give you a bucket of ice and water by the pool, which is also a plus!
Everything that was important to me was here: silence (conditionally, if you remove the mosque), the most comfortable bed and pillows, a balcony, delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff.

Nice hotel. It is connected in a common line with ShangrIla and is its "branch" slightly lower class and cheaper. But the level is decent. Its own beach and access to the canal (in Abu Dhabi, hotels are more often located on the canal than on the bay. This is the Arab "Venice"), there is an opportunity to use the infrastructure of Shangrila. On the beach, they give out free ice water in thermosets.
