Breakfasts are very popular with hotel guests. The cuisine is delicious and high-quality, but the main emphasis is on the variety and abundance of fruits, as well as oriental sweets, the rest of the dishes are like everywhere else. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, with high ceilings, balconies with sofas and tables. The double room, for example, had two bathrooms, which is very convenient. In conditions of high ambient temperature, all rooms of the hotel are well air-conditioned. Between the hotel and the beach there is a landscaped area with several pools of different depths (*the deepest is 0.9 m) with a comfortable water temperature, with a bar, sun beds and sun loungers, shower racks and shelves with towels. The path from the pools to the beach is lined with wooden planks for ease of movement. At the entrance to the beach, you are met by the staff, who guides you to the sun loungers, covers the sun beds with clean towels, and brings you chilled bottled water. An important point of a beach holiday is the presence of lifeguards with equipment and special equipment. I recommend this hotel if you like comfort and quality service.

An amazing hotel. The level of service is above all praise. Spacious rooms, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, two sinks, a toilet with a bidet is provided separately. There is an entrance group that is separated from the main room.
The rooms are not tired. The air conditioner is working quietly, which is very important to me. The hotel has tennis and padel courts, a fitness center, a spa with excellent massage, yoga and Pilates.
The hotel has its own piece of beach with soft sun loungers, snow-white sand and clear water. Waiters can bring water for free, sometimes they distribute fruit ice, there is a beach bar on the menu.
There are several pools on the territory of the hotel, it is comfortable that children mostly relax in the pool at the entrance to the hotel building, if you move away you can not hear any screams. In general, there are not many children.
The hotel has several restaurants, including mate, a Michelin-starred Argentinean restaurant.
The breakfasts are delicious, buffet, egg dishes, sandwiches of all kinds. You can ask the waiter to bring something that you did not find on the buffet, for example, we ordered freshly squeezed carrot juice. In the dessert room, the eyes run away.
There are always taxis at the hotel, you can go where you need to without waiting.
For those who like walking, you can walk towards the Louvre, we walked in the evening, back and forth 8 kilometers turns out on the sidewalk among the greenery.

Polite and friendly staff, a separate delight from the work of the front: managers and bellboys. I left my bags in the taxi - they tracked the car by cameras and in half an hour they were with me.
The rooms are spacious and cleaned twice a day. Every evening, the curtains are closed in the room, the ice bucket and water are renewed
There are many swimming pools, gym, spa on the territory
We were left under a great impression of this wonderful place!

We were at this hotel in late May- early June. I liked everything very much, large spacious rooms of 50 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. There are many pools on the territory, some of them are decorative or for children, an adult alone, when it was hot on the beach, went there, the depth is 1.4 m. The beach is private, white sand, gentle entrance, clear clear turquoise water. There are tides, but this does not prevent swimming, Drinking water is unlimited on the beach with ice, ice cream is served at 12 o'clock. We took breakfasts and dinners. We went to The Cafe, we didn't stay hungry, varied cuisine, lots of seafood, steaks every day. Very friendly and friendly waiters and managers, always ready to help. In the evening, drinks are paid for dinner at the restaurant, from 33 dirhams mineral water 1 liter, but somehow we managed without it. In Abu Dhabi, we went on excursions by taxi, the price is about 40 dirhams to the center. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay, I hope to return there again.

The territory is very well maintained, swimming pool, lawns, restaurants on site, the beach is within walking distance, the food is very high quality: a la carte breakfasts + buffet and buffet in the evening, however, there is lobster and tomahawk steak and a lot of fish, a huge selection of cheeses, salads, themed dinners by region. The only bottled water in the room needs to be boiled, for some reason the fluid in the body stagnated from it, not only for me.

The interior of the hotel is very pleasant, the floor tiles won me over with their ornament and that it is not at all slippery is just a godsend for the floor)
The spa has a Jacuzzi with hot water, a separate exit to the pool, but for some reason very shallow.

We were together in June. The room, the service - everything is fine. We took half board , no drinks are included - all are paid for dinner . This concept is clear - to weed out families with children, etc. of insolvent clients … But it would be possible to just put drinking water on the table . We do not wash down the food in principle, we drink only after an hour))) But we noticed how many people came to the restaurant for dinner with their water, it's kind of humiliating. Food for 3 , soup is not popular apparently with the chef , there was a delicious soup once in 10 days, there is no porridge at all . The sweet table is normal, watermelons, melons, strawberries are very sour and mango is super 👍
But all this was spoiled by the fact that there were not enough places in the restaurant for dinner, as I understand it, there used to be a restaurant with two halls - a gallery between them, so in one wing there is now a meat restaurant, for everyone from the street for money - they terribly lured visitors with a fetid chemical flavor - this smell just suffocates as you enter to the hotel in the lobby ... So the breakfasts and dinners had to stand in line to sit down to eat in the restaurant , and not in the gallery where everyone enters/exits filling dishes with their clothes ... Pay 400 k to sit in line to eat

The hotel is simply magnificent, everything is at the highest level. We lived in a 2-room suite, very satisfied. The food is varied, the service is brilliant, and the Louvre is 15 minutes away by car. The service is excellent, we rested for a week - it's very little, I didn't want to leave. We arrived during a hurricane - the beach and the outside restaurant were demolished. The hotel returned everything to its place in a day, including palm trees. Full of delight, we will definitely come back.

A good hotel for reasonable money on the beautiful island of Saadiyat.
We had a sea view room, a beautiful view of the sea, the room is large, comfortable. Tea, kettle, coffee capsules and Lavazza coffee maker are replenished daily. The cosmetics in the room are Lilabo, pleasant, the fragrance is light, it does not knock you down. The pillows are let down, too thin. Food - breakfast is excellent, the choice is large, lots of fruit, pancake station, lots of juices and lemonades, there are Indian dishes, lots of vegetables, cheese, fresh pastries. I didn't like the fact that porridge, egg dishes or toast should be ordered by the waiter. If there are a lot of people in the hall, you can wait for hotter for 15 minutes or longer. Most of the people were usually around 10 in the morning, at 7-30 everything is fast :) Morning and evening free ice cream, very tasty and fresh.
Dinners are not stable, sometimes very tasty and varied, sometimes sparse. There were few grilled fish, there were more sea reptiles. There are always a lot of good cheeses, vegetables, and spreadings in the evening... All drinks for dinner are paid, including water. Inroom dining is well prepared, the pool menu is meager for my taste. We visited an Argentine restaurant, very, very tasty! Who has HB, can go to an Argentine restaurant and another restaurant for dinner instead of a shared restaurant. For an adult, a credit for a dinner menu of 150 aeds.
The beach, we are not the first time on Saadiyat, we know that the beach is good, the water is blue and very clean. The sand is white, almost like flour. The most exciting thing is to come to the beach at 7 am. There are only a few people, water is ideal, the sun is also not frying yet. On the beach and by the pool they give free water, often in a purse with ice, you can take just bottles. Fruit ice is served at lunch, in the heat it is the most. Many thanks to the hotel for a separate adult pool. Children are not allowed in, rescuers are strictly monitored. There are 3 or 4 pools in total, we were only with an adult.
The price tag at the hotel is quite high, especially considering the current rate in Russia. A glass of wine from 60 dirhams, coffee 35, hot on average 90, salads about the same. The staff is wonderful, especially by the pool the guys are funny.
I liked the hotel, there are shortcomings, but also at a price a little cheaper than the neighbors. The sea is beautiful and that's the main thing!

My favorite hotel in the UAE. A magnificent place on the island of Saadiyat. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts and dinners, a gorgeous beach. Decent staff. One drawback is shallow pools. To Abu Dhabi Mall 35 dirhams, to Yas Island - 65/70 dirhams by taxi. Nearby is a branch of the Louvre Museum. Highly recommend

We rested at the Park Hyatt from December 7 to December 15 . I really liked the hotel . The service is at the highest level . The staff is friendly and caring . There is even a Russian - speaking administrator . The hotel is super. Large comfortable room with a balcony and a TV. Bath , accessories at the highest level . The rooms were serviced 2 times a day . Everyone in the restaurant is friendly and delicious. A wide variety of food . The territory is wonderful . The pool is beautiful . The beach and the sea are awesome . Like a blue lagoon . Very comfortable . Thank you for your welcome and hospitality . I really liked it .

On the recommendation of the manager from the travel company "Sodis", we decided to choose this hotel for recreation. The hotel is very large, but the main restaurant is not designed for such a large number of vacationers. There are not enough places. During peak hours, people sit in the lobby, where tables are installed, through which vacationers go to the beach and to the pool. The choice in the restaurant is very poor, especially for dinner and does not correspond to 5 stars in any way. From the hot for example: chicken kebabs on skewers, stewed chicken, kebab in lavash and 2 types of spaghetti in tomato and cream sauce and that's it… From side dishes rice and potatoes, two more types of pizza every day. Snacks are also very modestly presented. Only on the last day of our vacation, the situation with food at dinner improved. The most ordinary breakfasts are neither refined nor varied. For a very long time at breakfast, several types of omelets are prepared by order. With an empty restaurant at 7.30 am, you can wait for your order for more than 15 minutes, the staff is sleepy. Again, by the end of the rest, the situation had improved. The pool, where exactly you can swim, which is only for adults (from 16 years old) with a depth of 0.9 m to 1.40 m . very small, everything else is just for photos and the depth there is below the knee. Most of the guests take sun beds from early in the morning and come almost to lunch. The staff does not follow this. On the beach as well. There is also a children's pool up to 16 years old with a maximum depth of 1.20. You can't see the bay from the pool, as in many photos on the Internet, only if you stand on its edge. The rooms are large and brand new, but in our room the bathtub at the bottom was all yellow, there was no desire to take it. Tea, coffee, water in the room, as well as on the beach and by the pool for free. Room cleaning twice a day, but they may not clean 2 times. I didn't like the mattress and pillows, it's rare when everything is so hard in hotels. The beaches on Saadiyat Island are probably the best in the UAE, but in this hotel they just score on it. There is garbage lying around the sun beds, it is clear that it remains from the guests, but the staff should clean it up. It is very far to go to the water, the sand is very hot and it is not very convenient to go, especially for children. All the sun beds, tables and umbrellas in spots and sand are not cleaned at all. There was a strong wind and umbrellas on the beach were not just folded, but you could say dumped on the sand or even on deck chairs. In other hotels along the coast, they were simply folded and put in order after lunch, but not in this hotel, they just kept lying around. On our wedding anniversary, they brought us a cake that we didn't finish (it wasn't very tasty), so they cleaned it two days later, we had to put it on the floor outside the door, but the champagne glasses and ice bucket were taken away immediately. The staff has iron logic. Usually in such a level of hotels they decorate a room or a table for dinner, none of this has been done. There are also no welcome compliments from the hotel upon arrival. The only thing I can note is that we were checked in immediately upon arrival at the hotel at 10 am. There is also free parking at the hotel with the valet parking service. We expected more from this chain of hotels, we will return to Saadiyat, but definitely not to this hotel.

Very cool hotel, I recommend it to everyone! A quiet remote place on the coolest beach.
