An extremely unpleasant situation occurred today, 06/05/2026. My husband and I came to eat. We ordered 5 dishes. 4 of them arrived quickly enough, but the cream soup was barely warm and looked more like mushroom porridge than soup. Carbonara also seemed strange. The Pizza Tempo in the Gallery is much tastier. I waited a long time for dessert. After I realized that I didn't have much time to wait, we went to the counter, asked to subtract the crumble and calculate us. The waiter serving our table went to the kitchen and informed the cook that the crumble was canceled. To which I clearly heard WOOHOO's joyful cries. When I asked them what it was all about, they said they would talk to the girls and apologize. But apologies do not smooth out this shame. I like it, the dishes always match the menu. They cook quickly and efficiently. The waiters work very well. They are polite, they will always ask if you liked everything or if you have any comments on the dishes served.
