This is the coolest hotel in Almaty, the air is a kind of spa, everything is like in a fairy tale 1001 nights! I love morning breakfasts in nature at any time of the year! The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable!!!

A lovely hotel with magnificent mountain views, cozy rooms and a nice SPA area. Very clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant is wonderful. The whole family really liked it
